There was only one person on duty with one hour left before close. There were at least two customers waiting behind me. It seemed to me that leaving one person alone during what is likely to be a busy hour was a poor decision. The staff member did a fine job managing the situation. But it seemed unreasonable to expect her to do it all alone.

The lady was so rude I had had to call customer service and they told me to tell her I can drop off in this location due to an emergency I couldn’t even go to my original destination and when I went to tel her what customer service said she ignored me and walked away. I spent 200$ and dropped off after three hours and she wanted to charge me extra for dropping off in Lynn

Didn’t have truck that was guaranteed Found a truck at another location but they gave me the wrong truck. Uhaul charged me for mileage I didn’t use Uhaul says I didn’t return the truck Uhaul didn’t email a transcript of my conversation I had with Uhaul to resolve this. Uhaul won’t let me talk to someone who has authority to resolve this. Number to Uhaul Lynnway takes you to a call center and not to a person at the Lynnway Location

Checkin was not pleasant. Felt as if I was bothering the agents. Asked about drop off after hours. No mention of checkin online. Location charged me 2 day fee. Rented the same truck about 1 week ago at a different location. Rented for 1 day and dropped off after hours as well. Did not have any issues. Customer service was 100% better. Will not be renting at this location again.

Cab of rental smelled like cigarettes, truck was provided to me with 1/4 tank, followed grid to refill and over filled but was not provided a credit for extra gas. The refill process should be improved.

However, the day before I’m picking up truck , some woman called me to tell me that I cannot get a 20 foot truck? I said no I booked it, then she proceeded to tell me if I want it I could drive 35 miles away, I said I’m almost 70 I can’t do that she said “oh well “, she had me a tears what a nightmare she was rude and nasty.. she said only a 15 foot truck make two trips, is this how your company trains people? To be rude and nasty when they already booked something? Your company decides to down grade at last minute? It was terrible the worst experience I’ve ever had with U-haul.. next time I’ll going else where not worth the aggravation with your so call customer service!!!

We went to the location and there were no trucks available. We were sent 45 min drive away to Natick and when we arrived there were no trucks available. We got a call an hour later from Lynn saying they had a truck. This whole ordeal delayed us over 5 hours and messed up our entire move and plan for the day.

It was 97 degrees out and the truck had no a/c and was dirty. The lady who checked me in was the rudest woman I have encountered in a long time, she shouldn’t work with the public if she hates her job and the world that much. Thank god for the nice guy who I returned the truck to atleast he was pleasant and helpful.

Trucks are booked back to back, and then everything is late and it just gets worse throughout the day. Mine was over an hour late and there was zero sense of urgency with the employees there.

A worker at the Lynn location was very rude and not helpful at all. She did not want to help me with the dolly and gave attitude when I asked her.

I reserved a 20’-26’ truck with a month in advance, the day I went to pick it up they told me it had a flat tire, waited forever for a company to come fix it and when the person is finally there the employees failed to tell him which truck to fix first so I had to wait even more for the guy to get to the right truck. I had to approach him myself and ask him wondering why it was taking so long. Overall is was a lousy customer service not to mention a female employee they have who it seems to always be in a bad mood and give people a very bad attitude. In conclusion management needs to improve their service quality.

Dont overbook. My reservation was cancelled hours before my pick up because there was no truck available. I rebooked and when i went to pick that up again had to wait 4 hours for it. When it finally arrived, the manager tried to give it to someone else and told me if i took it that i had to return it in 1 hour!!!ONE HOUR!!! never apologized for me getting cancelled the day before, pushing my move dates and missing work. Not acceptable!!!!...Marie was a delight. If it qasnt for her i would've burned the place down...ridiculous

The van was great, but the rep (Stacy) at the Lynnway location wasn't. Seemed like she just didn't want to be there - seemed indifferent, inattentive and wasn't very helpful. Too bad, cause the rest of the experience was ok.

Absolutely not will recommend. Under staff people there are rude. Used to love hoing there Gage the manager was one of the best. What happened? These two girls could careless about female customer's too busy flirting with all male customer's. Took another customer before cashing me out even though I was there first. Needs district manager to come in take care this location. Well not recommend to any one. Don't believe me check the videos.

Erica Ewell the representative was amazing. So professional and informed. She was so knowledgeable about the services rates and vehicles. She answered all my questions with a smile and wonderful disposition. I was surprised at her great demeanor. She really made my whole experience great! She was also there when I returned the vehicle and gave me that same personalized professional treatment. You are lucky to have her working there.

Very very slow it took forever to pick up went online and did everything in advance including all info it was 129 with insurance fee only needed truck 1 day never chocked to see total was running late 171 dollars I have used uhaul 4 times in the past year that was my last time sorry to say

You lied I used the van for 3 hours you charged mr 48 bucks you lied My gas was not at 3/4 it was alittle over 1/2 I was told bring it back at 1/2 and its fine i went like 10 miles charged almost 50.00 that wrong and expect a revision or I will take action

I rented a 26’ truck. It was clean.....but it did not have any power steering. Trying to back it up was a very difficult situation.
