The van did not have any visible litter but it smelled so badly I had to drive with the windows open and the fan on full blast. The smell of cigarettes was incredibly intense. The van should not have been rented until it had been aired out. I did not have time to wait for another option so I was forced to deal with it. Disgusting.

I made reservations to pick up a 15 ft truck Saturday morning at 9am. later received a text saying my truck would be ready at 3:15! Called to let them know this time won't work for my drivers woman on the line said "well, I can give you the 15 ft for 8am but you have to have it back by 6pm which I said no problem. Saturday morning comes I get a call from Adrian to inform me he does not have a 15 ft truck for me to get a 9am but could have one ready at 1pm. I did not get angry with him because the screw up was not his fault. however due to this my move had to take place over a 2 day span due to losing daylight!

I think just as you charge for lower gas fill up you should do a refund for extra gas. Obviously you are counting on this. I just feel ripped off for $5. Made the whole experience sour for me. Everything else was great.

I was quoted one thing on the phone and charged another when picking up! Is this how you make money?!? I'm active duty military and using your services to move my family back home after deployment. If this is the way you do business I will not be a returning customer nor will any of my co workers who travel often due to the nature of our work.

The woman who came over to inspect the truck seemed a bit tired and aggrevated. She barely said hello, walked around the truck, jumped in the seat and then yelled out that she sent me an email and I could leave. The difference between the service where I picked up and where I dropped off was completely different.

The rep that we worked with behind the counter bad mouthed the company and the computer system used constantly while they’re were a lot of customers in the store and it made the experience uncomfortable. Then a woman came back from an unscheduled break and saw that there was a line of customers and instead of coming to help she proceeded to text on her phone and drink her coffee before even asking to help someone. It was extremely disappointing, I work in customer service and even if you are frustrated at the company I worked
