We went at this location quite often and Saturday was an outstanding experience. Many times the line is long and the wait is arduous. The computer system has got to be streamlined to get people in and out and when you book online it should be more like a national rental experience then book online wait in line.

We you admit to charging credit card by mistake and promise to credit back the amount ASAP... and then you don’t... that really sucks!!! I know have draft over charges on my card!!!!

The limo location is never organized, you have a better staff but sometimes that doesn't matter. I booked a pick up truck online for mobile pick up, waited 35 minutes to find out the truck wasn't there but I was able to get a van which wasn't necessarily very clean. The person that helped me did her best.

Get your computers in order! I had to pay a balance that wasn't even mine before I was able to rent my truck! There isn't even a direct line to the location for me to receive the proper information! This was the worst experience I have ever had with uhaul and I will no longer be renting!

The truck says it’s a 17 footer and I used it to buy some 16 foot boards and it wouldn’t fit. Then I took out the tape measurement and measured the truck, it was only 14 foot.

I didn't like that it wasn't until I returned the van that I found out I would be charged for gas. This was never clearly stated anywhere throughout my visits to the Uhaul web site and iPhone app.

I have used this location 3 times in the last 6 months. Every time I go the wait time for service is unbelievably long. The staff is very nice, but incredibly slow. They need a lot more help. When using this location you must give yourself at least an extra hour for wait time for service. Miserable every time!

Booked our reservations for a pick up in Salem 43 Jefferson Ave on 8/3/18 the day before our scheduled rental on 8/31/18 U-haul changed our pick up location to Lynn. Even though was this u-haul location was 5.6 miles away it was a very heavy volume traffic area on the lynnway so made our trip very inconvenient and delayed our move from Salem to Medway by 1 and 1/2 hours. Rick your Regional traffic manager in Salisbery 866-700-5452 did not call back very poor customer service and unprofessional. When received the 15 foot truck we were was told it had problem with battery so need to keep idoling in case does not start so had to fill up and use full tank of gas. So overall very disappointed would not recommend future service.
