N/A - great experience overall. Someone met us at the truck before we even stopped the truck. He checked it over and we were on our way within a couple of minutes. He immediately started sanitizing, cleaning the truck. Best experience yet at a Uhaul!
Not a thing, the associate who helped me was super, answered questions gave tips suggested other merchandise that could ease our efforts with moving, he was all around great as was our move with the truck. Super thankful
We dropped off a transport separate from the truck we rented. Improving the contactless drop off is needed. I had to contact UHaul thru the chat feature in the middle of the night. It was a long slow process. Otherwise the experience was good.
I had to wait in line for 15 minutes before anyone assisted me to rent a cargo van for 2 hours. There were only two customers ahead of me but no one seemed able to find their paperwork or solve their rental problems so it dragged on very slowly. Once I got my turn, the rental went smoothly.
We rented a truck on a Wed. morning and had a reservation. There were three employees at the front desk, and there were two people being checked in when we arrived. It took us 25 min before we were waited on and had our truck in 10 min. This crew is slow, mainly because they chit chat more than they should and are in no hurry to get the customers out quickly. I witnessed one employee pull out his phone to show a customer pictures of his car after an accident he had recently and proceeded to swap accident stories with the customer. This was not done while he worked simultaneously. If there was a manager on duty, they either don't watch their crew closely or these employees have no respect for the manager. Furthermore, this took place during Phase 3 of the COVID-19 pandemic and not one of the workers wore a mask while engaging with customers. I will never rent from this store again.
The lady harassed us after the fact that we told her we were not going to be able to have the truck back by 9:30 am after picking it up for a 24hr rental period at 11:16 am she didn't want to give us what we paid for we waited forever just to be helped and when we did something was wrong with the computer she had to put our information in several times and we had to end up running to a atm which wasted more time of our rental hours and after the fact charged us for something we said no too and she didn't listen to me when I said our address 4 different times and she still got it incorrect we will not be using uhaul anymore and have let our family friends and fellow Facebook wrd know all the hassle we had put upon us after the fact that we already were overwhelmed with moving furniture alone my husband and I uhaul employee made it that much more harder than it had to be this was the hardest move we made alone my husband and I and our 3 little ones so sad ?? we should be blessed with a inconvenience fee but I doubt if anyone cares ??????

The app is not effective, the staff inside were almost as ineffective. They assigned me the wrong truck. For a time when avoiding personal interaction is important, your systems flaws make it nearly impossible to do anything without half rate help from your staff.

I was given misguided information about how to return my vehicle and was also charged a large fee for a lost key fee...I returned the key to the drop box and the facility could not find it. This was the facilities fault and I have been trying for a week to talk with someone about reviewing the security footage to prove I dropped the key in drop box...I still have not received a return call. I would defiantly recommend the facility being more available to discuss these matters with their customers sooner and to avoid customers needing to contact regional managers.

Girl at the counter was a bit rude. Location understaffed, had to look for someone to help me check in trailer. He was helpful. Returned vehicles backed up almost to road.
I reserved online. Gave all info including taking photo of license. When I arrived for pickup, had to do it all over again. Your process is very flawed and wastes time.
Need more staff working the counter and helping customers with issues. Took over 15 mins before I was even helped. Staff very friendly seamed like a few members need more training they wee still very reliant on the manger.
My furniture pads was wet and had a very bad smell to them I was told not to worry about the little bit of gas since that happened and then I turned around and got charged for gas
When returning there was a line at the desk & one associate helping people. The other associate felt it was more important to put new stock away than to help customers. It would be better to get people through the line & put stock away when no customers were in the store. When he did come to help he was quick & efficient. But it was annoying for the 4 of us waiting in line - especially the guy who gave up and left. Equipment was clean & had enough power for our multi-state trip.
Pulled up to equipment drop off and waited with vehicle as sign requested. After 5 minutes of waiting with no one coming out, I went inside to return key and complete return. Otherwise, everything was good.
Gave me a 26' truck with a pulled out front bumper that stuck out about 12 inches in front of truck. I took pictures to document the damage before leaving facility.
I came early, prepared for delays that might keep me from leaving on time, and that was the key to ensuring that I didn't get frustrated. It takes a little time to get all the items arranged, but everything went smoothly. Everyone was very helpful and upbeat. I had read some complaints, but I think most renters that complained were expecting to walk in and walk right back out. A business with as many moving parts as this uhaul has, cannot operate with instant in-and-out functions. Loved getting to meet the individuals that work here. Thank you for everything! I will rent again, and probably soon, and I will definitely recommend.
I had already called to reserve a truck- it took 30 minutes to get the truck once I got there. I had requested it for 6 hours so that cut into my move time as I was moving almost all heavy furniture out of my house into a new one. It would be helpful if wait times could be reduced if a reservation has already been made. I understand I could have done it online but there I lived there is no internet.
Parking your UHAUL truck is normally hard, but it was really easy here thanks to the large open parking lot and straight-away parking spots!
