Process to rent your own vehicle is very cumbersome and not efficient. Had to stand in line twice. Once for keys and once to get my furniture pads that were not in my truck that I ordered. Verification process online took too long. Too many steps with photos, etc. wasted a lot of time.Ryan D.

I was sent here from another location after their equipment was not fu toning properly. The whole rental pick up experience was a nightmare. The manager of the original location was not the most pleasant to deal with and we sat around for 45 minutes waiting for her to figure out what was wrong with the lights when this should have been checked and dealt with before we even arrived for pick up. There wasn't even an apology offered just shuffled us off to another location with a disgusted attitude like it was our fault the equipment wasn't functioning properly.John N.

Fix the online reservation system. This location was fine (and Ms. Nene - sorry if spelt incorrectly - from traffic Control is awesome), but my real experience (which yall conveniently did not ask about) was fucking terrible. My first reservation was cancelled THE NIGHT BEFORE PICK UP (via email at 5:15 PM) and I had to sit on hold for 45 minutes to be told they did not have the truck I reserved and then that I had to drive 1.5 hours to get my truck instead of 10 minutes. Then, THANK GOD I called uhaul hotline to confirm that truck would be there BECAUSE IT APPARENTLY GOT STOLEN and I NEVER RECEIVED ANY communication regarding that issue, so I WOULD HAVE DRIVEN 1.5 HOURS TO FIND OUT THERE WAS NO TRUCK. So, I reserved a THIRD truck in Bluefield WVA (still an hour and a half away) which the damn customer lost the key and never returned (thankfully Rusty called me the morning of pick up and saved me the drive). Ultimately, I had to drive 2 hours to pick up a truck in Lynchburg (thank you Ms. Nene for being the ONLY helpful representative). Seriously, y'all need to think about reorganizing/training your hotline representatives, EVERY SINGLE PERSON I CALLED JUST FORWARDED ME TO SOMEONE ELSE UNTIL I GOT TO Ms. Nene, who was incredibly kind and helpful.THOMASMICHAEL E.

She also spent several minutes looking for someone to help me lift tongue to hitch but never found anyone so I had to struggle but do myself, 12x6 covered trailerJames T.
I had rented a moving truck and opted to check in and obtain my vehicle by myself. I arrived on time and began the process of checking in to leave with my vehicle. My key for the truck was supposed to be in a lockbox but it was not which meant that I had to go inside to talk to an associate. Luckily the time I was supposed to get my truck was during normal hours because if it had not been I would have been stuck without a truck. I had to go inside and wait for about 30 minutes or so in line before I was able to get my key and leave. In addition to this I has selected that furniture pads be in the vehicle and they were not in there and I was still charged for them. Overall the vehicle was well maintained and performed well. But the preparation for the vehicles needs to be better.RICHARD E.

This store needs better signage and more help! Please put up a sign letting customers know that they can return trailers in the trailer area and not have to wait in line or go inside. We waited over an hour to make a return. And hire more help for your workers! Terrible experience.WILLIAMRALPH T.
I stopped and fueled the vehicle before I returned it. I picked up and returned at 3/4 full. I drove 52 miles total. You said it was not at 3/4 and charged for an extra 4 gallons. I seriously doubt I used 11 gallons driving 52 miles with only a sofa and a loveseat in the back.GREGORY SCOTT M.
When I arrived there was a long line of people. Once I finally got the keys to the truck I had reserved online, I did a inspection of the vehicle inside and out. The truck I received was covered in damages (none of which had been marked) and someone had also smoked in it. So before leaving I had to go back inside and tell someone so it could be addressed before they tried to charge me for it. They would have more then likely tried to get over on me had I not gone back in and also filmed the damages.Nicholas R.
