Took an extra $10 for gas and I had brought the truck the same way as I took it with a quarter tank and I have pictures as proof.

This location added additional charges stating the fuel level was low and it wasn't. I took photos of the dash before I drove off and also when I returned the truck....a gas charge of $34 for gas is ridiculous anyways and had to call Uhaul customer service for refund
Crystal MThis was the worst moving experience I have ever had. Missed dates to move my pods to new home caused my family to be without our necessities and resulting in us spending money to live in our new home through buying new clothes etc. The lack of uhauls job almost cost me closing on my new home. In addition, the pods were not scheduled to come to my new home. I played phone tag all weekend trying to find someone to help me and no one could help me solve my problems. I tried to reach someone higher up and could not find anyone. Customer service and planning was terribly done and almost cost us a new home. I will never use Uhaul again. I expect to talk to the general manager who was supposed to call me but has yet to fill that promise. I will be reaching out again for some sort of compensation.
