Had really nothing to do with the location. But will NEVER use u haul again! We literally live 8 miles round trip from where we moved. I had to drive so far away for the u haul that I paid for a 60 mile u haul rental ??????? There were 3 additional u haul sites I passed on the way and the uhauls were parked and available.... Not booked .... I stopped and asked at one.. we literally paid triple what we were quoted and they changed the location for my rental the day before .. 24 hours or less ... I am so disappointed and never going to utilize this service again and will so all I can even as far as moving family and friends myself just so they do not ever have to use this service again! Absolutely horrible. Customer service was great. was spoken to and taken care of with no issues. However being unfamiliar to the territory as I have only lived here for 1 year, I definitely was swindled out of some very hard earned money and am truly not satisfied.

Close location but lot very crowded. Attendants were friendly and efficient
Mark RA bit tight on the parking and not super obvious from the street that this was my drop off point. Could be a bit clearer. People were quick and curious tho and quite helpful
