The guy was helpful but stayed on the phone talking to someone while finishing off the check in on his IPad. He was polite and said he would check into the uhaul situation I told him.

Make sure that you have The vehicle that the customer reserved the night before even though I didn't get the truck that I reserved I did get a truck and I was able to do the things that I needed to get done. The manager made sure I did a truck although it wasn't what I had ordered the manager did bend over backwards to make her that I was able to do what I needed to get done thank you very much.

The process of getting a U-haul rental was an absolute nightmare! I made an online reservation, only to be called 20 minutes later to say they don't have any rentals available until 3 days later. Then my mom called a U-haul location in Wichita Falls who in turn looked in Lubbock, where I was already told there were no rentals, and apparently they had a 20ft truck available. She booked it, and we drove 3 hours to Lubbock to pick it up. I called THREE times while on my way to Lubbock, since we were driving THREE hours, to make sure there was a vehicle because so far the service had been sketchy and awful. I was told several times YES you're guaranteed a truck, it's here waiting on you. So, I get to the location, they don't have a vehicle for me. The guy tells me I'll for sure get one but I have to go to another location. In the meantime, another U-haul person called and said there nope, there aren't any trucks at the other location....after I just drove 3 hours. Finally, a 16ft truck comes in as I was leaving and the guy was nice enough to give me the truck and he apologized saying this happens all the time! Even if you have a reservation he said, if walk-ins show up they will get your truck and the person who reserved it is out of luck! Terrible! I hope I never have to use U-haul again!
Couldn't find my reservation (made months ago) argued with me about whether it was one way or round trip. Just a strange series of events. But the trailer was there and I got what I needed. Just strange after all the steps you go through online that this can't be better.

Was very unhappy with your roadside assistance program. Waiting over 30 minutes for someone to answer and finally gave up. This reflects very poorly on your service.

Our original location wa changed and had to drive an extra 30 miles to pickup a truck. The location was only able to supply half as many blankets as ordered. Disappointed in UHaul not the location.
Your Denver metro locations never fail to disappoint me and cause me to use your competitors. Chris and the other young man at Allies Attic are the exact opposite. Great to work with . Fast . Efficient. Helpful. Littleton / Highlands Ranch/ Denver on a 1-10 scale are a ZERO. Allies Attic- 9.8

I got charged $682 instead of $93 they said I drove 500 miles when they double checked they found that they made a mistake . I am still waiting for my refund I am short on my rent and unable to pay it thanks to you. I called my back and they still don't see the refund I will never come back to this location I am very disappointed
Great customer service
Please make it a little more clear that you need an electrical hook up. I'm sure it's probably common knowledge, but people like me have ZERO clue what they are doing! Other than that $70 addition it was great! This is not a reflection on the staff or Allies Attic this was not explained clearly on the Uhaul site! The people that helped me out at Allies attic were awesome!
Nothing! Chris is a great guy and very helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs to rent a UHAUL trailer/truck that wants to be treated well and assisted in every way.
Blankets were very expensive to rent. $20 for 6 blankets. My previous U-Haul rental less than a month ago was $10 for 12 blankets.

The truck we rented had a blow out about 30 minutes after leaving Lubbock. No big deal, things happen. But when the roadside assistance guy was changing the tire he expressed concern that several of the tires looked dangerous. We looked at all the tires and 5 out of 6 ended up having to be replaced. The tread was separating on 3 of them and all 5 tires were dated from 2015. The roadside assistance service had to replace a second tire before he felt it safe for us to drive 20 minutes back to the service shop. We ended up with a 4 hour set back because we had to drive back to Lubbock to get the tires changed. We also had to reschedule our movers to the following day because of the late arrival so we had to get a hotel when we arrived in San Antonio. I told the receptionist at the service shop what happened while we were waiting for the tires to be changed, and she showed no surprise at all. She said â€œthis happens all the time. UHaul never takes care of their trucks.â€ After we were on the road again the general manager for Lubbock UHaul, Mr Trey, called me. I uploaded pictures of the cracks where the tires were separating and he very rudely told me those tires didn't need to be changed and the service shop that changed the tires wanted to make money off of him. He expressed no concern for our safety, the safety of others on the road, or regret for the negligence of the company. I told him we wanted a refund for our trouble and the risk and stress he put us through as well as the hotel we had to get because of the delay. He outright refused. I mentioned we have ground for legal action because of the negligence and endangerment they put us in and he hung up the phone on me. I would like someone with the authority to make this situation right to contact me. Also, no walk around inspection was done at the time of pickup and I did not sign anything relating to the condition of the truck. The gentleman helping us was part time and didn't seem to know what he was doing.
