I noticed that the center is not customer friendly. This is not the first time. I'd appreciate if the staff is more polite. Secondly, the center didn't have a truck available for me even though I had a reservation. After some tough talk, a truck somehow became available, wonder how. What's the point of having a reservation if the truck won't be available? The center should fix their credit card machines. It wasn't working when I dropped by. They should at least send an email informing customers that credit card machines are not working and ask the customers to bring cash. Need some adults in the house!

The only thing I was not happy about was the after hours fee I got charged . Nobody mentioned this to me at all at the time of pick up. I had the truck from 2:00-5:10 . It states I dropped off at 7:30 pm which is not true . I rented the truck for 4 hours and returned it in 3? Tried to talk to someone at office about it and she had no customer service politeness about it and basically told me to deal with it . Do not think I should pay that fee .

In store visit was excellent, staff very knowledgeable. Online experience was the complete opposite. Rude, uninformed reps fielding your phone calls, needs to be addressed. One hung up on me. Awful. I decided to go directly to store nearby and do it myself. Luckily I have a close store otherwise would found another rental company.

Make sure trucks are work properly the first truck had no oil in it and the power steering was squealing the second truck transmission would get stuck between gears. But the gentleman that helped me with the swap was very professional.

I needed to have my receipt printed while I was there and there wasn’t enough staff on hand to have it done right away so I needed to wait a bit for it. Therefore it would’ve been nice to have enough staff on hand

I set up my order to be able to pick up the vehicle via phone service at 6 am on Saturday. I got there at 5:55 and began the process. When all was comple, I received a message that my vehicle had to be “hand delivered”. When I called to find out why, I was told it was it was not prepped the night before the staff left.i was told I could wait until 7 am or I could take a 15’ foot truck in lieu of the 17’ truck I ordered. When they opened, I inquired what had happened and was told the truck was ready and there must have been a glitch in the system. I lost an hour and a half of start time for my move and was not happy. The truck had no issues and the return was seamless. I have rented at this location several times previously and never had any issues. Would I recommend them? Probably, but I would reference what happened this time and suggest they confirm that all was set for the e-pickup.
