I reserved a furniture dolly and furniture pads days in advance with confirmation of reservation for pick-up, show up and neither available. Though the worker did provide some compensation, I expected to get what I asked especially since confirmation was given.

When I pick the truck up it has 58,511 miles. When I saw the contract after I left it said 58,508. I know it's only 3 miles which is not much but very shady an sketchy. I was not happy with that. Not a way to treat customer or try to rip them off

While I returned the car, no one came out to serve me but just asked me to leave the car in the middle of the driveway. I double checked the oil is even more than the level I got the car in the morning but still get the bill to charge me the service fee and fuel fee.

I love the self-service features online, but very unfriendly/rude service at this location. It was a pretty uncomfortable experience (and all I had to do was pickup a key!) Uhaul is a great company, and maybe the associate was just having a bad day, but I don’t think that’s how you mean to treat your customers.

The people who work at this location were great, but U Haul has a terrible check-out / rental operation, so I waited in line for an hour, and yes, I did the self service option, but was told I still had to wait in line!?!? I'll be amazed if U-Haul continues to stay in business with the lack of customer service because of their operational issues. In this day and age they should be MUCH more advanced and have faster check in/ out!

The parking lot in the Lowell MA is really too small, for some inexperience truck driver would have cause damage right there at the lot. Hope it's never happen there.
