Let us know to check the rear door, mirrors and the passenger door. The rear door was open. The mirrors were not positioned well to see behind the truck. The passenger door was not shut tight.

The 26foot truck had over 144,800 miles, terrible smell, doors were falling apart, the box itself was leaking after the rain and of course it went down the road horrendously. It's a shame you keep trucks like that on the road and actually rent them. Seems like you just want the mighty dollar and don't care about upkeep, or safety for the customer.

Pre-registered to save time a pickup. The problem I was third in line and had to wait for the three people ahead of me who hadn't pre-registered. Yes preregister save about 5 minutes of time but the waiting time behind 3 customers I lost 40 minutes. When I pre-register for a rental car I don't have to wait in line, they take picture of my licence, I get key and Paperwork at the car in about 10 minutes no matter how long the line is at the register. This saves me time.

The card was double charged and an unknown extra charge for $40 was thrown on. This is absurd, we were charged $149+ for was was supposed to be $52.82 This needs to be resolved ASAP!



The truck we received leaked large amounts of water which ultimately damaged many of our items (boxes, mattress, etc.). Additionally, this location was very busy and only had 1 employee working. While the employee was pleasant to deal with, there should have been more people to check out. Additionally, the parking lot is tiny and hard to maneuver large vehicles.

The truck loading door was barely shutting down. It was so hard to open and shut. The cabin doors were not locking, I tried to lock with the keys- it got stuck on the key hole. I almost left the keys stuck in there. Over all it’s okay. Thank you

Crazy slow and poor customer service. I was on line for about two hours just five people were there to rent and it took me about two hours to get my truck. You guys need to hire one more person to assist them please.
