The 15' box truck overall has some maintenance concerns, the alignment is off and the wiper blades need to be replaced. I have rented this truck twice now and both times these issues have been present. Staff has always been kind and polite, would recommend to others.

The experience I had at U-Haul storage of Loveland was great! The woman at the front desk was fast and friendly. She got me a truck quickly and I was on my way! Thank you! However, my over all experience with UHaul was awful this time around. I tried to reserve a truck at a different location on Saturday morning. I drove the the storage place that it said the truck was at. When I got there, I planned to use my phone to pick up the truck. The truck was behind a locked gate. I tried to use to start the process thinking that they would probably give me a gate code. The U-Haul website could not verify that I was in the correct location and kept telling me that according to my GPS, I wasn’t in the right spot. I was. I then call U-Haul, waited 20 min on hold to get through to someone. That someone told me I actually had to be inside the gate at the storage place for GPS to locate me correctly. She then put me on hold to see if she could get the gate code. 30 min later, I rang through to the same line I called the first time only to be told there nothing they could do for me and that I would have to call someone locally to get help. No solution offered. Horrible customer experience.

I don’t think U-Haul Location knew that the windshield leaked air like a sieve. We had to duct tape it several times to try to mitigate the ear piercing noise.

I rented a 19.95 van with the final charge over $48.00 dollars. I filled up the tank above the level it was given to me. I provided my insurance information, Due to what I believe was a over charge, I will not use uhaul again if I can avoid it

Sometimes I Wish I could reach the location by phone, not some call center, They are much better to talk to..Awesome customer service. The last time i spoke with a Call center guy he was VERY RUDE. But the people at this location, are the best!~ They care and always try to help you. This Location has Great Customer Service ! They always care about their customers.

Well when someone calls to extend their time by 4 hours and the person on the phone says no problem and that they weren’t going to charge me for the extra time it would be nice to have that happen. When I went to return the truck they charged me for a whole extra day. Why am I paying for an extra day for 4 hours of use? It would be nice if one hand would talk to the other or that they tell you exactly how things are going to go. That was the worst to get the truck back and hear that. Very disappointing.

One of the staff members did not understand that there was an adapter to convert my smaller hitch opening to a standard hitch opening into which I could put the normal U-Haul ball hitch. In fact, he went so far as to tell me that such a thing did not exist and that I could not tow the trailer I had reserved with my car's hitch. Fortunately, I had talked to my car dealership and other U-Haul locations (I was originally scheduled to pick up elsewhere and they told me that they had the needed adapter), and knew that they existed. Despite being assured on the phone beforehand that I could purchase the adapter at this U-Haul location, I was forced to go to AutoZone to get the needed part. However, after doing this the woman (I can't remember her name) who was in charge of everything was delightful and helpful.

I initially requested this location as my preferred pickup location. I received a call the day before saying the truck would be ready. Come to find out, this location was not the one that called. Uhaul redirectednmy pickup location but I never received an email explaining this so I went to this location. This location had a truck available and got me on my way. However now I've paid twice. I will be waiting for my refund for the first rental Inpaid for. Thanks to these guys for keeping my day on track.

We were given a hard time upon returning the uhaul truck we only used for an hour and never left it's site. The woman working told us we would have to pay for the damage (that we did not do) on the truck. Said damage was a tiny little paint chip/nic. Bad customer service. That chip was there before we used it.
