No one was there, only a sign on the door stating they were "running errands", no return time, and NO HELP unhooking the trailer, pulling it to a parking spot, or backing in the 20' moving van. HATE HAVING TO RETURN ON AN AP. Completely inconvenient after a 30-hour moving trip and a 6-hour unloading. People need help; it was exhausting returning with a picture of every inch of the rentals. Terrible. Where is the customer service these days? At both ends, U-Haul dropped the ball. Visit your sites, meet with the owners/managers, set standards...I don't know, give rewards or something. I paid over $3,000 to rent U-Haul products and had no customer service.
