Friendly and professional checkin process.
JOHN NOnce again, I had a great experience returning my U-Haul trailer. Then I rented. When I got there there was already a gentleman in the parking lot helping another customer hitch his trailer up to his SUV. As soon as he was done, he helped me park the trailer I had rented and got me out of there very quickly and made sure I got my receipt. Again, I would absolutely recommend either location to anyone who is looking for any type of trailer that U-haul provides. I was very grateful to be able to rent a trailer as soon as I needed it and return it the next day to the location I was headed to No worrying about making trips back and forth trips back and forth. Thanks again for all of the amazing customer service and a focus on safety to the trailer and my personal vehicle.

Anthony HThis was a self drop off zone. There was no personnel to speak of and it wasn’t immediately clear what I was supposed to do. The app did ultimately walk me through it though.
