This location was good. I have a major complaint about U-Haul in general, though, and won’t be using this company again. I was supposed to pick up my truck from a location in Jeffersonville, much closer to my home, and was told 20 minutes before my appointment that instead I had to drive an extra 20 minutes to pick up from another location. I was told that I could drop off the truck to the location in Jeffersonville, and then a very rude lady at the call center said I couldn’t, and if I did, they’d charge me an extra $200-$300. So I had to drive way out of the way to pick up the truck from a different location, deal with a nasty customer service agent on the phone, AND PAY FOR THE EXTRA MILEAGE TO AND FROM MY HOUSE THAT I SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR SINCE THEY WOULDN’T ALLOW ME TO PICK UP FROM THE LOCATION I BOOKED AT!!!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulHave a U-Haul sign out. We had trouble finding it since it was in a hotel.
Jill KThe fuel was at 3/4 percent of a tank, even though it was documented to full. I asked the person about it and they said it was too late to fix.

Robert LVery weird to have a U-Haul pickup in the lobby of a hotel. No signs indicating it is a U-Haul location
