I told the guy I had to pick up a couch and bed for my house. If you google map the location to my home, you'll see that it is pretty far. The owner called and tried to guilt me about the mileage. What does it matter if I'm being charged per mile also? Then said my card was no good but I had plenty of money in my account. Won't be renting out of this location ever again!

Worst customer service i have ever experienced with Uhaul. I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH A MANAGER LITERALLY BEYOND RUDE because he cant explain to his customer how the lights work on this trailer. I am a loyal Uhaul customer and this customer sevice is unbelievable. I do not recommened this place only if you want to be yelled at and have your valuable time wasted. I will be contacting uhaul hub accordingly. Employee name is Ricardo.

This place was terrible. Office staff just gave me the key and showed me where the van is which was all damaged and full of dust inside. I asked them to come and check the van with me, they said no need for that. I asked them to change the truck since I didn't want that crappy dusty damaged van. They did, but again, no body came with me to show the van or inspect. While I returned the van which I used for 7 miles total, the office was closed, one staff was at the parking lot and told me to park the van at the corner and then he put the key in one of the outdoor locker box. No inspection no paperwork, no milage check, So guess what happened? I charged for 33miles! I filed a compliment 1602064 but no one called me yet (manager suposed to call me to solve this issue!) This is a big shame for Uhaul which I am letting know this all over the social media, Yelp and compliment websites. I will solve the issue with my bank tomorrow. Good luck to you!

When we first looked online, the cost to rent a 10ft Uhaul was $187, but when we reserved again, it was $194. Being new to Uhaul rentals, maybe there could be incentives for first-time users. The total, including the dolly was $229, and I just think that the business could gain repeated customers, if we were given a discount, promo, and treated with value, especially a mom with a daughter who just finished college and immersed in loans :)

In general very satisfied with the rental. However, there were problems with the door locks on the van. Once locked with the key fob, could not open with the key fob due to a broken lock on the back doors. It was very easy to return the van after hours

The gas station was dirty and shoddy. Customer waiting room was makeshift and was just a portion of a mechanic's a garage converted into that waiting room. The rental was not clean. It was dusty and smudged. Truck was not properly washed. I felt dirty just being at the location and using the rental.

First I rented the truck in your National location, I was sent to the Hollywood location. When I got there the guy at the counter took for ever with the people infront of me, when he completed the other customers order. I gave him my name and he said the truck was not there they had been calling the person who rented the truck but he was not answering. He then gets a phone call and proceeds to assist the person on the phone, instead of telling them to please hold because he had a customer ahead of them. He finished the call tells me the truck is not available. And proceeds to call his supervisor to ask what he should do in this situation. the supervisor locates another 20' truck in the Downtown location. Downtown location is a dump. but good customer service. I lost two hours in the process. Hollyood location you need to train your employees better. And call the customer before they waste time going to pick up a truck that is not available for pickup.
