The self-check in and self-check out are a little confusing. Needs just a little more instructions. Also, this was the second location I had to go to. The first location did not have my reserved van. I was assigned a van that was due to return at the same time I was scheduled to pick it up. The previous customer was running a half hour late. I had to go to second location to get a van.

I was told I could drop the van off after hours yet the driveway was intentionally blocked and I had to leave the car in the Rite-Aid parking lot with uncertainty if I'd get charged extra or if the van would get towed. Also, Uhaul cancelled my reservation on the day I was moving without notifying me and I had to speak with two different customer service centers to find an available van/truck in the area. At first I was told I'd have to either drive 2 hours to another location later that day or wait two days, which was unreasonable since I had to move that day. Never using uhaul again, at least not in LA.

This place was great!!!! Clean, well organized and terrific staff. We were particularly impressed with staff member Andres Chavoy. He answered all our questions, assisted us promptly and helped us solve our box refund problem. I would highly recommend this facility for all Uhaul and moving needs.

The location was great. I am giving a poor rating to the customer service. I booked a truck for the beverly hills location for 8am today. I called yesterday and confirmed my reservation. I received a call at 7:20am this morning indicating the Beverly Hills location doesn't open until 8am. Why wasn't I told this earlier? I had to drive all the way down to the baldwin hills location, which is a lot further for me. It's ridiculous that you allow me to book a time for a specific location when that location is not open at the time of my request. And no one calls to tell me there is an issue either until 50 min prior to me picking up the truck. Horrible service. You have lost my business.

I am still unhappy. I provided a check from a multi-billion corporation (Music Cares, The Recording Academy). However, due to UHaul internal errors I had to still put up my debit card. The check was for more than the estimated move. I suffered NSF fees from my bank for the UHAUL Fees. I was charged for items purchased on my card when I gave a check to cover all fees. NOTHING should have been debited from my card. I wake up and charges are on my account. NEVER AGAIN. I was left in a bind Overdrawn and fees assessed by my bank. A hold on my account for $94 and a credit of $87. Instead of $181 in my account I am overdrawn $49 and UHaul says oh well wait 5 days. Unhappy Customer

My original rental order is the one in Overland but it was closed on that day (Sunday). The staff appologized to me and said that they should have talked to me about this before Sunday. Finally they put me to this Rodeo point. It screwed up my plan and made my moving messing up and seriously delay. They didn't provide me a reasonable compensation and rejected to pay the $50 for guarentee. It was a extremely bad experience.
