The original scheduled time and location was changed last minute even though I booked the uhaul several weeks in advance. This is very unprofessional.

I have been renting a van from this location for over 3yrs every tuesday. I've never had these issues. the most horrific customer service I've ever experienced. The manager was combative and gave me a truck with less than 1/4 tank full and a key that didn't have the unlock buttons on it so I could open the other doors. The checkout process was horrific. The manager would not just check it out manually after he saw so many issues with self checkout. Another customer was waiting as well and could not self checkout. He just closed up the shop and walked away not showing any concern we could not leave. The easiest thing to do would have been to just check me out manually. It takes less than 5min to do manually. The self checkout process takes almost 30min. It was ridiculous. I also put the right amount of gas back in and was charged $30 fill fee as well as gas. I actually put more gas back into it than what it had when I took it out. I took photos as evidence.

I drove off with my rental found out the radio didn't work , then the cargo van was very bumpy like if it had a bad tire or something the inside of the van was very dirty it was a bad experience not very happy this time .

The problem is customer service in general is really bad because I was looking a location near my house(overland and palm Blvd) and they send me to diferent location and they didn't try to give more miles on my trip Really bad customer service over the phone.

Everything was perfect! The guy who checked me in had to help me with the U-Haul app, and he was so patient and helpful. Then when I returned the van, the young lady checking the mileage was also extremely nice

Check in was hard bc you didn't have me in the system. I had a reservation and everything but I couldn't check in. The drop off was hard too because as a first timer, I didn't know that I had to take a picture of the odometer and the fuel. There were lots of hidden fees too which I would have like to have know about. I would of changed my budget around if I knew about the fees. The face to face contact I had with the only person at the uhaul store was very polite and very professional. Didn't give me any attitude at all. He was awesome!! I forgot hisbname but he was there at 8:30 am.

Clean the truck first and service the air conditioning system. Driving down freeway it just started out blowing hot air. In LA today it was 97 degrees:(.

I requested the van close to where I live. I wasn't given that location and had to add an extra 15 miles to the drive which adds up when being charged for mileage. Even though I was within an 1/8 of a tank I was charged an $14.00 for fuel. I think advertising a vehicle at $19. then nickel and dining people for the extra things is false advertising. I most likely won't use your service again.

Russell and his team made our uhaul experience unforgettable. From the customer service given to everyone they served, to the cleanliness and performance of the van we rented. All in all, this was the best customer service I have received in our neighborhood community, and my family has lived in Baldwin hills for about 40 years. We will only be using this location as long as Russell is still the manager. Russell gone, i am gone! Thank you, Mary Rhodes

The pick up/drop off process could've been more seamless. This truck share 24/7 would be great if the system actually worked. Had a reservation for pick up an hour before the location was open for business and was told I could pick up via the app. Tried to pick up the truck and received an error message re: "equipment has not been assigned to this reservation". Please do not tell customers that they can pick up a truck outside of business hours when your records have not been updated.

I was surprised by the mileage charge and making me pay over $80.00 more than I budgeted. The truck I needed wasn't available for over two weeks, in spite of me renting from you several times in the past, and competitors in the area (Avon, Ryder, BUDGET, etc.,) have better rates--the rental truck ran very poorly and was very dirty inside the bed which created some extra work to clean before I could load my materials. I got clobbered on the expense of this rental and would probably not only NOT recommend you to any of my friends but also will probably not be returning to this facility for another rental. What really got me was the excuses for what i felt were over charges when i went to checkout at the quick check in line. Really not good and even thought I did NOT run the a/c, this thing was not energy efficient , even though I put $30.00 of gas in. If someone wants to contact me to 'earn' my business my name is joe connolly, and my cell is 323-371-1389...thank you...
