While renting the CSR said she had to input my credit card. She forgot to give it back and I didn’t realise it. I rented with all my information there, I wish someone would have at least called me to let me know they had it. I was frantic.

This location is out of my way but I use it as the Manager at Crenshaw is so rude, obnoxious and unprofessional. She should not be allowed to interact with customers.

This was not the closest return location that was printed on my contract. When I called that location, on Venice Blvd., they told me they're full and needed the truck in downtown L.A. I told them I'm not their errand boy. My son took time off from work to help me, and I needed to return the truck quickly. I ended up going to the Rodeo Road location, which took a while, but wasn't as far away. They apologized for the inconvenience, and didn't charge me for the extra mileage. But it was an unpleasant experience.

Russell Gale, the General Manager, was excellent. He was courteous and efficient, and he minimized the amount of time needed to complete the paperwork of my rental. He is to be commended for his efforts.

Second time this month I rented a vehicle from U-haul. Second time I got screwed by U-haul. This time, I requested a vehicle, at a location. I received the standard confirmation, naming my preferred location. Then, nothing. No follow-up. No contact to tell me if my vehicle will be available at my preferred location. The day of my rental, I went online to "check in". I received, on my account, an acknowledgement that I had checked in and told me that my vehicle was at my preferred location. When I arrived at the location to pick up my vehicle, there was nobody in the office. The door was locked. There was nobody there. No note, saying back in ... I then called U-haul. I waited close to 25 minutes before getting connected to a "service representative". I started my call at 4:05 PM. 5 minutes after I was supposed to pick up my vehicle. I was informed by your "service representative" that I was supposed to pick up my vehicle at a different location, and that my reservation had been cancelled because I didn't show up at this other location at the time I was suppose to. I explained that I was at the location that had been on both my confirmation and check in, and that I had not been given any information regarding a different location from my preferred location. I was told that I had not shown up at the location that my reserved vehicle was located, and therefore I had lost my reservation and there were no longer any vehicles of the size I had reserved available on a 24 hour rental. I was offered a vehicle at yet another location, but it was only available until 11:30 AM the next day. I reluctantly agreed to take that vehicle because I wasn't given a viable choice. I did my best to load your vehicle, drive to the storage facility unload and drive back to the location that I picked up your rental vehicle by 11:30 AM. I failed to do so. I did not receive any phone calls from the office that I picked up the vehicle from, asking for me to return the vehicle right away. Also, when I returned your vehicle 1 1/2 hours late, there were other vehicles at the location. So, I lost 1 1/2 hours dealing with the fact that I was never told by your company that my reserved vehicle was at a different location from the location on both my confirmation and my check in. 1 1/2 hours of packing time! I had the heightened stress of trying, against all odds and logistics, to complete my move and return the rental vehicle. The aggravation of trying to reason with a "service representative" who was so far from being interested in trying to provide actual service, within a system that is seriously flawed, that it would be laughable, were it not for the fact that the ramifications of not getting a vehicle was catastrophic. Then, to have U-haul charge me another "day" rental, even though the amount of time I had the vehicle was under a day. There is no way I will ever be a return customer. I did everything right. U-haul did EVERYTHING WRONG! The fact that I was not at the location

Everything is great at the Baldwin Hills location Russell the manager and staff are fantastic I would highly recommend anyone to that location the question is how to improve everything is great I can't see anything else to improve but there is always room for improvement but just keep up the good work what you doing now and it is 100% satisfying thank you so much for the great service Baldwin Hills U-Haul

Once again, as before, the staff was friendly and efficient. I was able to rent a cargo van(they gave me a brand new one!) as well as close out my storage rental space all at once. I’m glad I live nearby so I can easily use the services available there again.
