I have no problem with the location I used. My problem is with the company writ large. Trying to get through on the phone is a nightmare and takes a huge amount of time. You clearly need to hire and train more people for phone service. And when I do reach people, I've had them enter the wrong dates, the wrong equipment, not communicate with the location about the reservation they assure me they have made. UHaul the company writ large has become incredibly unfriendly to the customers trying to use the services you ostensibly offer.Jodi J.

There were too many warning lights on during the whole rental, 1-need brakes,2- need oil change, 3-tire low, they forgot to give me a utility dolly had to come back to get it, efficiency could have been a little better as far as equipment.CYNTHIA W.
The desk worker on may 1 at 3pm was extremely rude and unhelpful. We were not allowed to access our storage which we had scheduled two weeks prior. I saw zero effort on her part to assist us or understand the predicament we were in as a result of u-haul storage. She maintained that the system was down period. She communicated loudly and clearly that she didn't really care. My daughter needs to be refunded in full. Her name is Isadora Shannon. She paid for services which were not rendered. Please credit her credit card in full. We paid for one month of storage and were not granted our storage. We were forced to contract with another facility which took considerable time and energy. She will be contacting you to reimburse her account.craig S.

Do t change reservations. Have mobile check in work, have equipment ready, don't overcharge equipment I didn't ask for, charged me 16 dollars for fuel, like I drove 10 miles. I don't know feil is 16/dollars a gallon.TIMOFEJ S.
I actually had an issue. I returned the U-haul van in about an hour and turned in the key. However, I received a message several hours later that the van would be due back on Monday. I had already returned the van, but went to the u-haul office to resolve this. The manager was not available but staff forwarded the issue to the manager. The manager was able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction today, Monday, after I followed up via phone. That is excellent customer service in my book! Thank you U-Haul. -;-)Stephanie H.

We used the truck 2 hours and were charged for 2 days. When we returned it, the lady was very busy and overwhelmed and said she will process the return extra. Now we are charged 3 times the amount we should have. Customer service very slow in resolving this issue. Very disappointed as we feel we got scammed.Karl N.

Your customer service was excellent. Jamel, i hope I spelled his named right, was great in making sure I was able to pick up the rental truck and helped me maneuvering out the drive way. And dropping off the truck he was there help with check out. Every step of the way he provide top notch service. Well your internet was down the first day I tried to rent. When I arrived the service was taking forever because the employees were standing around talking to each other. My UHaul was blocked in which took time off of my rental. The service took time off my rental and I have very disappointed.David S.
