I tried to uses the app and the track was giving to someone else. Had to get a new track and then waited for another person to move other trucks to allow me to leave the parking lot. Wasted over an hour...Diego G.

No one was at 5630 Venice Blvd location. I waited for 45 minutes. I had to call uhaul to get them to reroute me to another location. To make matters worse I was sent an invoice for a uhaul that I never used. They said I drove 4 miles. Total scam.REED C.
I can't remember his name, but the gentleman that helped me out had mentioned he was only on his 2nd day and when I walked in the lobby (so to speak was PACKED) some customers were angry and being disrespectful towards staff. A delivery driver actually yelled at the manager (which was uncalled for and I listened, she handled it very professional. While all of this was going on, the man (on his 2nd day ever( made sure I was taken care of. The truck the app dispatched me was stuck behind about 4 or 5 other trucks which took a lot of time to get out, and he took the challenge on and had me out of there in no time. I somehow find myself renting U Hauls frequently, and for long periods of time, so after spending what I can only imagine is thousands of dollars at this location, I am HAPPY to continue bringing them my business.Andrew S.

When I arrived my truck wasn't ready and I was given a different truck key than my app reservation walk thru and have to go back and forth to the office to get things corrected. None of the equipment I reserved was on the truck I was then given. It was a headache and put me behind schedule.Ashanti L.
Fuel service fee is extremely expensive, and not advertised clearly so I didn't now that it will cost us 30$ in addition to the cost of the already-overpriced actual fuel, to just return the truck with less fuel than we took it with. I am not satisfied with this arrangement at all.Omid S.
There was only one man there when I went to pick up reserved truck. He took his time.... as though he could care less there was a line of 6 people deep waiting over 25 minutes for him to check out 1 customer. Finally, after waiting in line for 30 minutes a woman showed up at 145pm and blew through 2 customers within 10 minutes.. and that guy was still just roaming in and out of the store getting nothing done. He had dark hair/hispanic and was there when I showed up at 120pm for a 130pm pick up.Christina P.

The customer service is not at par with other locations. The cashier/clerks are not good at processing reservations and addressing things in a timely matter. Overall the interpersonal skills of the clerks can be better. Very slow data entry and sluggish attitude across the board. The supervisor Amber was nice though. But her staff needs to be on par with a more productive attitude, which is what I am a custom to from other uhaul locations.Diego M.

There was more to be desired of on Customer service on rental return. I had left my driver's license at the office. The employee appeared offended when I stated that my drivers license is here somewhere in this facility because this was the last place I used it. She stated â€œthere is nothing I can do for you it's not here because I've checked with everybody.â€The tone was condescending. The following day I was called back to retrieve my drivers license from the same facility that I was told my drivers license couldn't be. Yes I'm grateful that I was able to get my license back. Nevertheless, there were professional ways the employee could have said to a customer who was sure that his license was in the facility and gave reasons why he believed so. Besides this incident the facility was clean, checking out the rental vehicle was friendly and professional, the vehicle was clean hence willing to recommend the facility to others and plan to use it more often. I have used two other facilities where customer service was poorer, facilities and vehicles could have been cleaner alsoPETER K.

Waited for 45 minutes to get the van. Inexcusable wait time. Was forced to call someone as a reference, luckily found someone. If I hadn't reached my friend I wouldn't have gotten my van? Beyond ridiculous. I have rented $100k cars without this step. Will never use your company again.Alec B.

Employees were great, why do your vehicles smell like they were in a rodeo. I have been renting from Uhaul the last 4 years and on Crenshaw and on Obama the vehicles both on the inside smell like they were on a farm or in a rodeo.Jack W.
