I was late bringing the truck back 3 hours. I wanted a 26 foot for 24 hours but I could only utilize this for 12 hours. I was to be returned by 9AM. I called the call center to let them know I would be late. Twice. Luis the manager was very very angry with me and he charged me a cleaning fee a day later and said my truck was returned not clean. I always rent monthly always return clean. I believe he was angry because I was late. They did not look in the back so why a day later. I paid the fee but I feel that was his way of punishing me for being late.

I reserved a 26 foot truck at 42nd and Western. When I showed up the young Lady at the counter simply told me I don't have what you reserved do you want a smaller vehicle. I was delayed because i had to go to another location. I rent the vehicle and the gentleman at the Venice and Western made it seem that I had the to rent the vehicle for the day or else i would not be able to rent it. His words. The vehicle has to be back today by 6:45 because I need it for tomorrow. You are not giving me a free rental. I am a paying customer. Who dictates for how long I rent you or I? Gas marking was stated at a quarter tank of fuel. The gentleman checking me out checked and marked it a 1/8 of the quarter tank. I fueled it and returned it at a quarter tank.

Requestes a 17' truck about two weeks ago. When I went to pick up the rental truck they provided 15' truck saying that I requested 17'. The employee did not seem to care even though I showed him the original email from Uhaul stating 17'. I had to take the 15' and was short on room and had to borrow my friends mini van to move all of stuff.

I spent 40 minutes to pick up truck, not very fast service. Drop off was fast. I did my reservation on Thursday evening i was supposed to pick up truck in 12 pm Friday. The system in internet shows me my truck is available and i can pick it up in the nearest to me location on Wilcox. I was on my way in 11.40 when i've got a call from uhaul about truck is not available. You should set up your website correct or make your employees work faster. They can call me at 9 am to offer other location and other trucks.

The van itself was great and in great condition. The pick up was very easy and quick (at 7:30am). However the drop-off was not good. There was only one employee taking care of a very long line of people. It took well over 30 minutes for something that should have been 10. Other employees were around, but not doing much. It either needs more employees to be able to handle the amount of people that go there, or all of the employees there to do something. I would not recommend this locations for that reason. However, the one employee who helped me check the van and checked it upon return was wonderful and very helpful. I wish I knew her name to mention her.

This was the worse moving experience. I was over charged $300 dollars. I couldn't reach anyone at the location and was charged an extra day. Never again will I use this service.

I originally booked at another location and they messed up my reservation... The 10' truck was not available and I had to spend an extra half hour to get to the Western location. Overall process was fine, a bit slow and understaffed. Truck drove fine, as it should have. Overall, works if you're on a budget for moving but expect mishaps.
