I reserved a truck at 761 S Normandie Av Los Angeles, CA 90005 ,but they ask me to go to 1600 S WESTERN AV LOS ANGELES, CA, 90006 can I get some credit back

I need a working vehicle I didn't receive a proper vehicle it was GVing shaking issues and the gas pedal wasn't pushing down to move the truck out of the spot i temporarily put my hazards on so I could see what's wrong , then when I couldn't figure it out I tried to drive the car out of the emergency place I was at and I called as soon as I could to get help but car was towed because of where your vehicle stopped working at . My wallet and other personal items where in the vehicle and they told me the next day they would get the car but didn't get it until 4 days later and didn't take the key back from me even though I told them I had it ! They charged me for all these days they left it because they "didn't have staff" and they didn't let me take it out . They instead brought it to a mechanic who said the new truck had no problems which is not what I expected , but anyways I know what happened that day I may not be able to explain how the truck is fine now but that day it stopped working I KNOW it was from the truck not my own doing because I couldn't move it . You guys charged me for the key storage fees/impound fees. The manager tells me because four days later truck has no issues he can't help me . He said someone else will call in 72 hours and 72 hours passes and no one contacted me. They sent me a bill saying if not paid will be in collections by today and you guys have been telling me times on purpose to make the date closer to that date and then you don't even call me ?!! That's not right and breaks my heart because I'm disabled and don't have a lot of money and even if i did I wouldn't pay for something I didn't purposely and willfully cause .Luis Serrano is a very mean person and has no compassion or integrity in his heart and I'm very upset that this issue still hasn't been taking care of , someone please do what's right and amend the bill for charges I do owe .

I was extremely satisfied with the flexibility this location provided. Due to unforeseen road closures in LA, I had to move my reservation around a couple of times, and each time, the staff was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend.

I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience with Uhaul. Because of your error, I was forced to drive an extra 30 miles, pay for 2 $20 ubers, and pick up my uhaul in an unsafe area of town. Horrible experience. Will not recommend you.

After it was made VERY CLEAR that Uhaul was responsible for the screw up on my reservation, that wound up costing ME an additional $600.+dollars, and a whole day delay in my out of state move no one seem to want to be very accommodating to my inconvenience. Once I finally figured out how to find the instructions video to the auto transport pin the internet, because link that was txt to me didn't connect, was finally able to load my vehicle successfully only for the two front tired on the trailer to be flat. So now it's me, my 12yrs old son, and our small family dog at a service station at 3am putting air in the tires so we could begin or trip. They failed to properly instruct me on how to use the "haul load" feature, so I'm on the road, and it's very scary already having to make this drive up and down hill through mountains trying to figure out why this truck keeps idling so high driving down hill. Thank goodness we made the trip safely from Los Angeles to Vancouver, Wa in one piece. That was the worst experience I've ever had with Uhaul, and I've been dealing with them for many many years. So very very disappointed.

Woman outside in the morning who set mw up with the truck is excellent, and VERY nice. Everyone else and upon return are too busy to care. Truck has transmission and gear shifting issues, and AC dId not stay cold. UHaul also violated its contract.

I was told I would be billed $4.50 or so per gallon of gas if it came back with less gas then when it went out. I was arbitrarily charged for 8 gallons. I agreed to pay for the gas I used if I didn't fill back up. I did not agree to pay for a arbitrary amount that was guestimated by an employee (obviously favoring the company). I was told this truck gets Maximum 5 miles per gallon and that is how it was calculated. Not only is this method unfair, it is probably illegal as well.

I dropped off a truck from a different location, which had existing damage listed in the paperwork, and was charged 150 dollars for damages on the truck (which I only had for a couple hours and barely touched)

Big homeless problem at site, clerk at counter was friendly enough, the manager seemed annoyed about having to break $100 bill, used a lot of profanity in front of customers concerning that event.

I schedule for the following Saturday in error. Through the 800 line, I was able to get a larger truck "NOW" for $10 more. That's great! The truck did pulled to the left.
