2 locations in person near Beverly hills stated it was impossible to rent a trailer bigger than 5×8 trailer one way to Seattle. Wrong contract info at koreatown

Maybe try to not nickle and dime on the fuel count, and make sure that you don't charge customers for 2 days of rental cost who are dropping off after hours within their allotted time. Start there. Then maybe hire one more person to be behind the counter to help customers so people don't have to wait 45 min to pick up their scheduled vehicles.

When renting the viechele no instructions were given to me about retunrning the car with gas, not taking a picture to send U-haul. Therefore I was charged extra money for not doing something the service didn’t provide information about. Poor costumer service

The experience was good, polite and helpful staff, and thank you for helping me with the bill clarification. Only issue was the rearview mirror was broken, and that was unsafe, but the staff tried to tape it up for us. We don't really need it with Vans because the back is blocked anyway, but that's my only "complaint". Thanks!

Not enough staff, I suppose: I lost my precious time by waiting in line despite my reservation and I had to wait again when I returned the car. On the top of that , the young woman at the desk was the rudest person I ever met, and should not be servicing customers

At first I didn't get the utility dolly I ordered and I blame myself for trusting the staff and not checking before leaving. I returned for the dolly and the lady that handed me the van apologized and promptly gave the missing dolly. As I was leaving, the staff had parked another customers car in the middle of the drive way and was preventing me from leaving. They suggested I back the truck out of the cramped lot and take a detour despite my explanation of not having sufficient mileage to do so. In the end I had to waste time waiting for the staff to move the car and was charged extra mileage. Evidently, customer service was not a priority for the staff here at this location with exception for the lady that handed me the van. I suspect they are tired of handling unruly customers but is simple courtesy too much to ask for?
