We did have an issue with my Truck. The previous renter returned the truck and set the wrong miles and fuel level. The manager Rey, was on site was able to help me out and even vouched for me the next day when I returned the truck and had issues. Rey is pretty rad!

The owner was very rude to me. The worker forgot to put the equipment in the truck. This delated my moving by 2 hours. When I called the office and let them know I want to return the truck the same day. They was not helpful and insisted that I order the truck for 24 hours and I had to keep the truck. When I did take the truck back they were rude. They packed up the office 30 minutes early because one of the work had a party to attend for his daughter. So when I returned the car the did not want to give me my bill. Today when I did get my bill I see the add extra charges on my contract. I will never rent from this location in my life.

U-haul was filthy. U-haul had a bad tire that kept going flat...had to stop several times during the move to put air. Horrible experience

There was no reason why the U-Haul I rent it the cargo van scuse me is what it was had roaches crawling out of the glove box when we opened it up to check there was an old Pop Tart and they're full of roaches I had to stop and buy raid in order to proceed with my trip when I call to let them know they're going to tell me will if you bring the truck back we can replace it I'm half way to my destination there was no way I was coming back and being charged for mileage to rent a truck and then not be able to pick up the stuff I went to pick up in the first place I feel that they were wrong for charging me and if I can't get my money refunded I'm going to have to speak with someone in corporate because I was totally unacceptable that's very poor and the Glick full business practices why would you rent a U-Haul that had roaches in it so no I'm not happy I'm very dissatisfied with the U-Haul location and the truck not only should I be refunded for the amount I paid for the trip I should also be paid for the amount of gas I put back in the vehicle so that it was at the proper spot to wear it when I picked it up the gas mileage.

My true complaint was that it was 10 miles from requested location even though I had booked 3 weeks in advance. I would have looked at other truck options if I had known earlier than 2 days in advance.

The people at Hane Hardware Store were wonderful and very helpful. However, we had a reserved 10' truck at Overland and National for 8:00 am on July 29. I got a confirmation e-mail and I called twice to double check that everything was in order. UHaul confirmed these reservations three separate times. In addition to the truck, I had arranged (and paid for) movers to be at the move-out location at a specific time; I arranged and paid for a person to drive the truck to Gonzales, and the move out date was the final day of my lease. When I arrived to pick up the truck I was informed that there was no truck available. My confirmation was of no interest to the facility and there was seemingly nothing that could be done. I was forced to access the UHaul website and I called every UHaul location within 30 miles to find one with an available truck. I will never use UHaul again, since the reservations and confirmations seem to be meaningless, no matter how diligent I was. The rest of us in the world have to be accountable for our promises. If it weren't for Hane Hardware, this fiasco would have cost me a lot of money, distress, and landlord problems for not moving my furniture out by the end of my lease.

Very upset by our experience. We were supposed to return our truck at 4:30, but the gate was locked and no one was there. No one told us how to return it given that our reservation ended after their closing hours. On top of that, my car was locked inside the gate, so I had no way to get home. If we drove the truck back home, it would've added another 40 miles to out usage plus more gas. We had to take a $30 Uber ride home without a car. When I returned the next day, I was essentially told that my concerns were invalid, and that I could've parked the truck in the small fast food parking lot next door (even though the app says that you'll be charged if you don't park it in the right place). Overall, very upset. We were overcharged and money went out of our pocket for the uber ride home. I will be calling corporate and filing a dispute with my credit card company.

The location I picked it up at was great, however it took me almost 3 hours and $50 in Uber to get to the correct location. My first pickup at 7th Street was a poor location with a computer that didn't work, so I was told to return to the original rental location I requested (I don't remember the address) but it was in Korea Town run by a man named Kevin who was a great help in getting everything sorted out. But due to this I was late to the warehouse and getting on the road. If I had another option I would never choose uhaul again. However both Kevin and the staff at Hane hardware made the experience bearable.
