JOSEPH DThe ease of the return is fine but for myself I prefer a rep/person be there to return the equipment directly over to. At time of drop off you just park it on the street and drop the keys in the box. There was a group of people camped out across the street and wasn't very comfortable about that. Pretty easy though,but I prefer the one on Nelson road where you park it behind the gate and staff is there
