Absolutely the worst experience ever. On top of the ramp completely falling out of the truck. Took me over 45 mins to get the truck making me late to my clients house. Shop guy who helped me couldn't be bothered. Will never rent here again.
Paige N.No supplies, no blankets, no straps, no tape. I ordered blankets with my online truck rental order, but were not available when I arrived. Took forever to check in.
William B.I reserved several items for this move, including moving pads and a dolly. NONE of these items were available for me when I picked up the truck. This was extremely inconvenient and resulted in excess costs and time for me. I'm very disappointed with U-Haul.
Jack C.The location was fine and the truck was clean (except the windshield not been cleaned and had a lot of smeared, dead bugs on it). The attendant at the gas station where the vehicle was located was friendly but kept being interrupted and serving other customers. So the checkout took longer than it should have. Also, no effort was made to go over the vehicle, and the dozen blankets that we had ordered were not in the truck. We have not received a refund on that yet.
