Guy told me 107 for the car dolly and 10 dollors more for the car hauler over the phone then when I got there it was 217 I was in a pinch and really needed the trailer so I got it anyways. Paid $64 in Gearhart a month ago for the same trailer, definitely feel taken advantage of given the situation.

We have rented locally for moving our son to and from college. We tried calling this location 3x and just got an answering machine, so called pioneer storage who made the reservation for us, we were told we would receive a call to confirm, never did and an hour before pick I called and left a voicemail, finally someone called us back. We didn’t want to pick up until close to 5 as we were driving 7 hours round trip the following morning, however the guy had us come early. Pioneer storage had told us that if we were gonna be running late to 5pm just to call and set up a drop off after hours, however this location’s gate was broken so we couldn’t drop it off and got back at 5:15. So we were charged an entire 2nd day due to the lack of their facilities. When I called the guy listened and was nice, but not accommodating. I feel if you set things into your contract they should be what the contract says, it’s not my fault the facility has issues with the gate. We live 5 mins from the facility and to have to pay an additional day was ridiculous. I won’t rent from this location again.
Angie JThere was no one there to receive the return and no one answered the phone. The safety straps were too hard to release and he needed help. Went back several times. Finally figured out how to release with pliers. Big waste of time trying to return it.
