Nothing. My experience was great. Any time I needed a rental on short notice, everything was put together quickly and efficiently. Staff are very friendly and accommodating and gave good recommendations when I needed them. Pricing was reasonable especially for the service I got and the ease of online payments/cancellation. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Seemed as though the employees were hanging out in the back of the yard and no one was in the office. There was approximately 6 people inside the store waiting to pick up a truck or return a truck.

Everything was poorly managed for several reasons. One I had to go to another city to pick up a trailer was told all trucks were rented in my area yet I passed two uhaul facilities and 5 trucks never moved from either location 12pm to 10pm which I passed 5 times back and forth on the day of my move. Two. I made all arrangements weeks ahead of time only to be told the truck I requested was booked and a scheduling error was made so I found myself having to call around to find another option, since at this point I didn't trust the person on the phone. Thirdly when finding a small trailor the night before for the time needed and while I had help to move. I was guaranteed there would be no further problem, only to be called the morning of to tell me that yet another error occured and i would have to pick up at a different location. Finally after getting through all of this to then have to wait around for 40+ minutes because a light on the trailer was out. This entire experience was poor and very unpleasant. Something needs to be done about your computer scheduling and maintenance on your equipment so you don't continue to disappoint and waste customer time.

Had to drive to this location to pick up trailer, very frustrated since I am not from London!! and it was out of my way SECOND time renting an unit and had to go else where to pick up,,,WHY don't they tell you this in the beginning especially when you do not KNOW the city!!!!

I had the trailer little dirty which i did not mind at all. Gentleman who was dealing with me had very bad customer service had a attitude i had no chance to ask him question because he was in bad mood i quess. Today when i returned the trailer he inspect the trailer about 5 seconds than he told me i was good to go. I asked him if evere was good. He said yes and left with big attitude. Than when i got home i received email from u-haul. I checked my receipt saying $10.00 extra charge. I called him up to see what was the reason i got charge for. He told me trailer was not clean. I was like why didn't you tellme at the location when i was there. He said you getting 10 charge. It is not professional at all if you told me this at locations which i would be fine but he said it was clean. He shouldn't charge anything without asking his customers, geting permissions or without telling them. So i ft ripped off i went back manager refund the moneg but i feel like this location does this a the time.. Spent there 1hr for nothing i could have break fast with my family. He should not be working there if he doesn't like his job...

My overall experience is not complete as of yet. I paid a cash deposit prior to renting the truck. I needed the truck for a longer period of time and when I called to extend, the woman told me that I would have to come in that day before they close and just pay the truck truck rental fee again. So I stopped mid move to go in to renew the truck, the person at the desk said that I didnt need to come in at all and that it could have been done the next day, when I returned the truck. So I wasted time and gas driving back to UHaul for no reason. I completed the move, returned the truck and started unpacking. Took the next day to organize and recuperate a bit and then got an email from UHaul that included charges above and beyond what I was told the extra day would cost. I drove to UHaul again to pick up the refund check that the email said was waiting for me. Just to be told that "it had been over 24 hours and it had been mailed already". I can cancel the check but that would mess up the mileage on the truck. Why? I have no clue, nor do I care. That is an internal issue UHaul should apparently fix. I think, its not a big deal, 3 days and the mail will arrive... So I wait...and wait... It doesnt come. I call them again and am told that it will take 4 to 6 WEEKS for the refund check to come. None of this was explained to me. "Hey, make sure to come within 24 hours or you will have to wait 4-6 weeks". The truck sounded as if it was going to blow up from the very first time I turned the engine over. Grinding and chugging, I think it had something wrong with the gears. All in all, not a great experience.

London pick up location And staff really accomadating and professional. Drop off location in cornwall at 2020 Vincent Massey have no knowledge of what they're doing and refused to take my trailer. I had to walk out from getting no where and go to the one on tailgate, which was smoother and well prepared. It would be nice to see addition of trailer blocks for the wheels and jacks added to the trailers. Thanks for your attention to this Kris

I rented a cargo van from 95 Tower Lane Place in London, ON and the full experience was excellent. Total bill was within $5 of estimate, the service was excellent, and I was fortunate to have a brand new vehicle which made a positive driving experience.

The pickup of this van was supposed to be at another location, it was not there, they called in to dispatch and this location and the van was nowhere it needed to be. They had to set up another reservation for me to get the van, it wasted about 40 min of my time and was upsetting as was almost not able to get one.

We originally had a 26 foot truck booked I out of Burlington they called two days before move that they didn't have one. They offered a 20 foot truck. Then they called next day saying they didn't have a 20 foot so we had to drive to london to get a truck which meant we had to pay for two ways not one way The young man at your place was excellent he was very pleasant and tried to compensate us for our troubles it was not your locations issue and the young man was so helpful U Haul should be compensating us for the whole cost of one way No one moving should be faced with this added stress one day before moving, having to drive over 100 km to get a truck so they can move and paying all that extra cost and wasting all that time it was very upsetting for my daughter
