Trying to get a trailer in my city was impossible, even though there where about 4 of them parked in the uhaul lot around the corner from my house. I spoke with several uhaul representatives and nobody had a clue. Very unorganized. The women at the London location where rude and obnoxious. They acted like they where doing me a giant favour by letting me pay to rent a trailer.

My reservation was moved to this location without informing me beforehand! I traveled to the first location and was redirected here. The staff was good but your booking system is terrible. Will not use U-Haul again!

The van was ready for me upon arrival, clean, fueled and good to go. The check out was quick, your representative was professional, courtious, and efficient. This is not my first time using this location, nor will it be my last.

Returning the truck after hours was a frustrating experience. the website couldn't locate me (My location service was on) and that halted the return procedure and I couldn't return it. tried to call the 800 number and tried a chat. No-one would answer so after 1/2 hour of trying to complete the return I gave up and put keys thru dropbox and left. It would be better if website asked if you were at that location and you could hit yes or no and continue with the return.

Everything here went smoothly, with the exception of the point of sale system, which would not accept three separate payment cards which were all in otherwise working order. This is probably not the location's fault, but the corporate office's.

When a vehicle has been reserved and the service person tells you they will call, they should make sure they call. I waited most of the day for a call and finally called them.

When the site close to ua called withonly 1 day to moving day and said that we needes to return the truck by 1 becauae there was no self checkin anymore we were not happy. The staff at the new location was very accomodation the customer service was excellent keep it up.

Remove the pay-for-use dolly and moving blankets from the truck - they take up valuable space and should be offered to the customer IN STORE rather than IN TRUCK. It seems like a money-grab as even though we had our own dolly and blankets, we were tempted to break the tie just to get it out of the way. The customer service person who checked us in was great - very friendly and knowledgeable.

Keep up the great work!!! Very smooth process (check in and out), and amazing staff. Only comment would be to get better wifi as all the registration process is done on the U-Haul Iphone, and it took a bit longer due to wifi issues.

I was charged for two days when I had the truck for less then 24/h. I was charged extra mileage and not given any discounts or money back when truck was delivered with more gas then needed.

Absolutely helpful staff, from point of reservation to the point of dropping off the truck, they were helpful and friendly and didnt charge me for being an hour past drop off time. Thank you UHaul for being there when I was in a very difficult eviction situation. Great company.

The 26 foot truck ordered broke down 3 days before I was scheduled to pick it up. I called every day, and couldn't get another one booked, so I was knocked down to a 20 foot truck and ended up filling it full, plus 2 SUV's and a pick up truck because of the smaller uhaul. On the phone I was told I would get a discount due to the inconvenience, and possible extra kilometers I have to go, and when I picked up the uhaul, I was told the same. When I dropped off the uhaul, and was given the receipt, there was no discount. I understand vehicles break down and you can't predict that, but i am very dissapointed in my first time experience with uhaul. Online it stated that my uhaul reservation is guaranteed or I get $50, I did not even receive $0.05

I paid for three day rental and only needed 2 days to complete my move, no credit can be applied to my next rental. This should be a consideration from U-Haul, I have many jobs where I could use a trailer however the forcing to Terms set by U-Haul are unacceptable in my view.
