Better way then using an app to drop off after hours at this specific location

We asked for a 24 hr rental and I was told it has looking for the next day. Then I agreed to drop it after hours late around 9 t0 10 pm. They printed the contract to be back at 7 pm. When I asked she said just call and we will be okay for later drop time as I printed it by mistake. That did not happened when we called to extend. The first two call we were asked to pay late charges then we called a third time to customer service and then they agreed to wave the late charges. I felt I was scammed which is not nice.

I was told I would have to use the Uhaul App to return the truck or I would be charged a late fee. There is absolutely nothing on the website or at this location that indicates I would have to use the app. I asked staff where that was on the website or in the location and staff told me they were just writing the policy as we spoke.. Staff was very freindly until I was told this, I indicated I did not have the app on my phone and asked where to drop the keys, was never told this. Anyways, felt pressured into using the app so I down loaded it. It cost my employer an extra 20minutes of time to return the truck and ended up putting the keys in the same place I would of if I had not used the app. If UHaul is going to insist on me using the app for renting trucks and returning same day, same location I will be finding another truck rental company. Sad days.

The customer service at this location is horrible, its stressful enough having to deal with a move without having the uhaul agent add more stress by treating me like i am not welcomed. i booked my uhaul 2 weeks ahead of time on line, i took my booking number to the same agent at this location to verify that everything was good to go, she looked at the number and told me as long as i have a number everything was good, she did this without checking her computer, when it came time for the move, i dealt with the same agent who then told me that i could not rent that particular truck (26') for 48 hours even if the uhaul site let me do it, i told her that 2 weeks ago i came in to verify my order, she said that i didn't speak to her, when i challenged her by reaffirming that indeed it was her that i spoke to she became stand offish and more rude, after i showed signs of extreme frustration she decided to let me have the truck for 48 hours, when it came time to do the walk around the truck she was extremely unfriendly and rude and never apologized for her earlier actions. Going forward due to this negative experience i will never use Uhaul ever again. Thanks!!

The trailer van was designed for a 2" ball; mine was 1 7/8". The trip was OK, but noisy. It would have helped if there was a discussion about this, e.g., it will be a noisy trip.

Ask the customer if they want to pay on the credit card they used or by debit or cash . Don't assume they want to use the credit card. Also if the customer noticed that the Kms were wrong change it don't just say you will.

I accidentally selected the online check in option and the clerks at the pickup location were unable to assist me in the checkin process. It was somewhat frustrating and I would have much preferred to interact with a human and opt out of the self check in.

I booked apointment online hoping to make thing quick for pick-up as my time that day was very limitied. I still spend almost an hour in store before I was on my way. With 2 customers before me, the lone customer service rep continualy called for help from the back but it took for ever till a trainee came to give her support. Unfortunately it was our turn and he didn't know what he was doing. Was not familiar with the online process.

This location was really good. They were having a problem with debit machines. Sometimes they'd work other times no. They tried, I think 3 different ways for debit, finally ended up paying cash. They were very apologetic about the delay. I didn't mind..at least they did try to rectify the situation. No food to Towerline Rd location

I had a bad experience in the past, but my limited interaction with this branch has turned my opinion around. This time, I spent just $10.00 on a dolly and was treated like a valued customer, both on the phone and in person. Very professional, not to mention endearing. What could you do to improve? Not a thing!

I hate false/misleading advertising. $19.99 to rent a van. By the time it was all said an done ended up being will over $100 just to drive 75 km.
