Do what you promised, with the exception of giving me a truck that was empty of gas. You could improve by not giving me a truck empty of gas. A very bad way of doing business.
Rude people!!!!! On top of not having the truck reserved, and not honoring the $50 guarantee..poor behavior, smart-aleck attitude and we overheard the young woman tell another customer that because he put a box together to see the size (IT WAS NOT TAPED) he HAD to buy it. This location is terrible and because of the behavior of this young woman I will NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN. They didn't have what I reserved, the van offered was a waste of my time (we drove three hours from our home in Reno) and ended up being useless for moving my 83 year old fathers belongings. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! I feel like they are scammers out for a sale making that man buy a box just for seeing what size it was.
No one will help with the refund. Worst costumer service ever . We almost died and got stranded with the equipment. This company does not care about the safety and well being of their customers. Never using them again .
The engine did make some squeaking sounds when I first left your establishment and when we were leaving the Dump at North Recycle in Lodi but she drove great overall. Thank you Kindly.

Don't charge after-hours service fees when you have signs on the property that say 24/7 returns. Very misleading.

I reserved a trailer several days before and I even paid for it. Then the day before I was to pick it up, U-Hail called me and said they cancelled my reservation because there wasn't a trailer available. I called them back and they were able to find one 30 mins away. We had to drive 60 mins round trip to pick up the trailer for use that day. Not very happy.
The people at this U-Haul are always so helpful. The moment I walk in the door I feel welcomed I feel safe and the place is always so clean! This is by far my favorite Uhaul and would tell anyone I don't care if you're coming out of town this is the Uhaul you want to use! Thank you guys so much for making me feel welcome safe and appreciated. You go Uhaul!
I was charged for 2 days in error but was unable to catch it because they don't give receipts only e mail. When I got internet connected and found the error it took over 20 minutes on hold to have someone tell me it will take another 3 to 5 days to correct the over charge. This is very inefficient waste of my time.
Gotta love being told to put a mask on only to enter the building with staff not setting the same standards in which they expected me to
The service at Lodi was great. People were very helpful and kind. We had an emergency in the middle and had to keep the truck extra 2days. They were wonderful about and it all worked out very well. I will rent from them again.
Check out and maintain your equipment so it is in proper working order. Make sure customers receive the equipment that was reserved for rental.
Female employees need to drop the attitude and stop threatening customers.

Truck was damaged and rental was risked because of it.
Twice i reserved a trailer and the it wasn't at the location I reserved it at.
Both were unpleasant and curt to the point of being rude to me and the other customer. I would have expected this in New England where I rented the trailer, but not in California.
The extras that's I rented weren't in even though I called a week in advance to make sure. The representatives were extremely rude, lied about not being able to answer the phone, and then when they didn't have the Equipment told me it was my problem to call other U-Hauls or go buy some.
Customer service was non personable, non friendly! Definitely need to improves those skills..
The whole experience was a huge inconvenience. I signed up for app based pickup. The app wasn't working, then I went to find the vehicle and it was never brought out or prepared. After verification, etc, I had to go inside the store and wait IN LINE for 30 minutes to get the keys. What is the point of app based pickup if I still have to wait in line?
We were prompted to rent a storage unit from an advertisement inside our uhaul truck. It said one free month with rental purchase of our truck. The girl who checked us out said we'd have to speak to the manager because that advertisement shouldn't be inside the truck. We said ok, but she told us the manager was gone for the day. She said we could call her the next day. We called and spoke to the manager named Chanel, she informed us of the same thing that the advertisement shouldn't of been in the truck and it was a mistake. We told her that's the only reason we decided to rent a unit with them long term and would have chosen a different facility. She said even if she wanted to honor it she couldn't because she rented her last unit to us, we asked why that had anything to do with it and let her know the Ad inside the truck didn't say there were any exceptions. She then become agitated and said there's nothing that she can do to help us.
Staff very helpful, check in and check out of equipment was quick.
