The older gentleman at the location was very rude about my using my phone to do the pickup. After getting to the step to get my keys he made a snide comment and threw my keys to the counter all while having a very standoffish attitude. The uhaul van itself was fine and the phone pickup and drop off was great.

Make the advertized price what you pay. I rented a truck for the half day for 29.95. Filled the gas tank, Drove 5.1 miles - had the truck 3 hours and paid over $60. Including the dolly. Should have been less in my opinion.

would like to have been able to return the truck to a UHaul location closer to my new home but when I checked was told I could not return elsewhere since I had not made the reservation that way. Was disappointing and cost me more mileage and fuel.

U haul emails and web site showed incorrect pick up location. Would have been nice if when my pick up location was changed it showed up on my on line reservation and emails on the reservation

1. I reserved an appliance dolly with my initial registration. They didn't have any available at this location, and I had to drive to another facility to get one. I moved a fridge, stove, washer & dryer, so I couldn't move without one. 2. They did not explain the terms clearly, and I am very upset that I got charged for two days because I was 15 minutes over what I ESTIMATED I would have the truck back by. No one told me I would be double-charged for an ESTIMATE. If I had known that, I would have told them I needed the truck for 24 hours.

It was hard for me to drop off the vehicle due to the time plus my phone wasn't equipped to drop the keys off so I had to come back the next day. The drop off process was complicated for me I had to waste extra gas to make a second trip up there.

The staff member was very unfamiliar with what he was doing. He argued with me that I was going to be charged for items I did not rent - finally after I showed him my online uhaul account showing I did not order such items did he realize he has been trying to check out the wrong order all along. It was a very off putting experience but turned out well in the end.

The young man that assisted was friendly and helpful and did a good job getting me connected. The facilities are bit run down and it took several minutes before anybody even noticed I was waiting at the front desk. The trailer I rented was dirty and had broken glass inside. A couple holes in the floor were covered with duct tape. The wood rail on one side of the interior was broken and unusable. The facilities for returning the trailer were not optimal as there was no direction as to where to return the trailer and no lighting in the lot. Having said all of that, the trailer worked just fine. All the lights worked! And it got the job done.

The trailer was great price was ok but the problem I had came when the location called me the day after and left a message saying I hadn't returned my trailer over 12 hours after it was due, when in fact I returned it over 2 hours before I had to. It was due back at 2am so the place was closed when we returned it, we put it in the same spot we got it like they told us and then the next day they left a message at 5pm saying I hadn't returned it. when I called back the person found that it was there and when I asked why someone left that message they said because it wasn't checked in...but they were closed when we returned it so how would I check it in..over all happy with the trailer but I feel someone should have actually looked for the trailer be4 leaving a message saying I didn't return it.

Make sure to check your trucks for wholes in the roof. We rented during a rain storm and it leaked into the truck and soaked some of our items. We understand that it's not fully water proof but there is still things you can do to help with the water.

Friendly staff and did their job in a timely mannor but the the building it’s self looks disorganized and kind of dirty. I would still go back to this place though!
