Was redirected after arriving at store for pick up to a location that added more than 2 hour to my trip. Your web based reservations are he worst I've experienced, based on actual results. I won't go this route again for future rentals.

Nothing to improve. Zoe was great at the Chenal office. Greater still, after I lost the key, was Erin's work out of the Phoenix, AZ area. She asked questions, sent me info and researched to find a locksmith with the capability to cut a key and program it it so it would start the truck. Not a cheap thing to do, but she saved me hours of time and also saved me much frustration as research is a weak area of mine. Give her a raise please!!

Make sure the customer service is more friendly. They also charged me for gas when the gauge never moved. Getting the truck he left the engine running after bringing it from back while I was standing in the office waiting and rushed me out.

The trailer leaked water inside on the left side. The roof seam allowed water to run down the inside side wall.

Our rental truck was full of gas and running when we arrived. After the brief paperwork, all we needed to do drive away and start moving! Everyone was very courteous and helpful.

My experience is based on having rented several trucks and/trailers at the Chenal 10 location and have had a great experience each time. I also rent storage units here and really appreciate the customer service for UHaul and storage that they give.

The milage charge is way too much. It's above the federal suggested reimbursement amount. I would not suggest U-Haul due to the outrageous amount. Especially since it's guaranteed mileage, the amount should therefore be far less.

I PICKED UP TRUCK THE, NOTICED IT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED OUT PROPERLY, DOG HAIR WAS ALL OVER THE SEATS, I BROUGHT IT BACK TO THEM, THEY MADE A VERY POOR ATTEMPT TO CLEAN IN SIDE CAB, SWEEP IT OUT A LITTLE BIT, THAT'S ALL, THEY DID NOT WIPE THE SEATS AT ALL (SANITIZE, CLOROX WIPES, LYSOL SPRAY, NOTHING AT ALL WAS USED) OR VACUUM, NOW I GOT TO DRIVE THIS TRUCK, (GERMS, SMELLS LIKE DOG, THIS EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL!!!!!! PLEASE CLEAN THE INSIDE OF YOUR UHALL TRUCKS BEFORE RENTING THEM OUT!!!!?????? THANKS RONNIE SANDERS

the truck was only quarter tank full and my paperwork showed it to be half full so I had to fill it up to the half point, I used it for less than 15 miles and filled up 13 gallons and they we not able to solve my problem

James M. Mislead me on the Blanket Price. I asked a week earlier how much are the blankets, can I buy them. Then James (he said I was the one he spoke to) yes they are 5-6 bucks, I thought well heck if I can buy the blankets for 6 bucks then heck yea lets do it. I then parked the truck and trailer on the side of their parking lot trying to be considerate towards the business. As I was running into pay James then stopped me saying he has it he'd just put it on the rental/ticket. I thought yeah since they already have the card that shouldn't be a problem. We returned the trailer a week later where the trailer was returned with NO DAMAGE. Parked it exactly where they asked with out hesitation (in between 2 other trailers and a building in the back corner of lot.) On my way out I asked just to double check that the blankets where mine (I was suspicious about how James quickly dismissed the blankets previously when I picked up the Trailer). The gentleman that lead us to where to put the trailer said yes he thinks so but he had to check. Then someone in a black truck shook his head NO and sped off pretty quick in the backlot, like he had no concern that there might be someone working back there but he didn't seem to worried about hitting anything. So okay I'm summarizing this persons character and I got a little worried about the blankets, at that time the gentleman that showed us where to park the trailer told me we had to return the blankets, so at this time I'm like okay well good thing I asked. I walked into the office where they told me I can throw the blankets on the floor, I asked if there was a bin they said No just toss it on the floor (as they pointed to the middle of the floor) so I put the blankets where they asked and asked am I good to go do I need anything. They said No. I then asked how much the blankets where to buy they said $10 per blanket. We had a little argument on what I was told about the blanket (being rental or not) because I paid the $6 thinking they where mine. It wasn't a big argument just informative. I left in good faith but still worried about what the Blanket charge. So I called asked for an emailed receipt they said sure and before I got off the phone I asked for a review of the charges expecting the Blanket charge to be $6. It was $5 per day so I was charged $45. I then expressed how I was worried about this the whole time. James got on the phone and claimed he told me it would just be a rental, he didn't, that, is, a Lie. At this point I figured already he was going to fight me tooth and nail on the refund, so I asked to buy the blankets, I said "well if they are $10 each I'll buy the blankets" he told me NO, that they where a rental only, well he may not of been in the office when I was told in front of the whole office they where $10 each to buy. So not only did I get mislead on the blankets but now they are avoiding alternative routes for a positive solution. We are a business renting this Uhau
