Make sure the trailer is properly attached to the hitch and that the signal and brake lights are working. Because neither was correct my life and the lives of others were in jeopardy. This is the first time after many rentals that I have had any problems. However the issues with this rental were very, very serious and I hope never to experience them again.

I made my reservation over a month in advance to have a truck ready to pick up at 9 AM in Benton Arkansas. I get a phone call that morning stating it was not gonna be ready till 130 and it was going to be available to pick up in Little Rock Arkansas. When arriving to pick it up we still had to wait 5 to 10 minutes to pick it up and the lady was very rude and acted like it was my fault that the truck wasn’t available at the time I requested it to be available and that even if I made my reservation a year in advance it wouldn’t matter so in my opinion U-Haul doesn’t run a very good business if they can’t depend on someone when they need something

Fire the stupid guy behind the desk! First off he wasn’t even there during operating hours! We were just about to leave and he came flying in the parking lot and opened the door! I rented a trailer and told him I was returning the trailer to Monticello because we live 2 hours away and he said that was fine so I dropped it off the next day in Monticello and I get a phone call From him telling me I will be charged another $80 because it was supposed to be returned to him! Will never use this place again!

I was charged driving 35 miles, from Westwood apt on stagecoach Rd to Eagle Hill on stagecoach Rd!!!!!!! Will never used the u-hul again!!!!!!

The brakes squeaked, the charger for phone didn't work needed my phone for map and couldn't charge my phone, made a loud noise whrn driving, no gas whrn picked up and always put more gas when I bring back and I had to get a bigger uhaul and drive out of my bday to pick up when was reserved way in advance I am not happy when I use uhaul a lot

Becky was WONDERFUL!! The location in Benton had sold out of the trailer that we reserved over 9 days prior to renting. Terrible customer service. .. long story short we had to drive to Little Rock and Becky was awesome! Won’t be back to the one in Benton but will be seeing Becky again!

The trailer that I reserved was supposed to be a 4x7 and was labeled a 4x7 and I was told it was a 4x7. But soon found out that it was only 39 inches wide instead of 48 inches. This caused me to have to returned to the Uhaul location. These trailers need to be relabeled as 3x7 so that the customer is not being deceived by Uhaul' advertising.

Melissa, csr, gave me a very old truck but had a truck in better condition available. The drivers side seat belt did not work and drivers side front tire kept deflating while in motion.

I admit I had my return time wrong and a worker called me a little after 7am letting me know that they expected me before 7am and stated she has a reservation at 8 for my truck. I told her okay and I’m on the way! I jumped right up and made it around 7:48. Once I arrived the worker was very rude towards me and had a nasty attitude. She didn’t acknowledge herself or welcome me to the establishment, she walked up to me with her hand out towards me. I was confused of who she was and stated what she needed and she then said “The keys”. First time she spoke to me. I then said, oh I didn’t know what you needed or who you were! I gave her the keys and she walked off. I asked her should I wait on the inside for her she continued to walk off while answering me so I didn’t hear what she said. So I went inside to wait for her. The entire transaction was rude. I understand I was 48 minutes late but that gives no establishment or company to be rude towards a customer. I did let her know she was rude and I did not appreciate that! I was going to apologize for being late but once I got there all I received was attitude and it’s not acceptable.

Lady working in the office was rude and looked as if she didn’t want to be there. When I went to return the equipment, she was outside smoking and continued to finish before coming inside. Once inside, again rude and looked as if she didn’t want to be there.

Using the web reservation process, I thought I was going to get the car dolly from the Bryant location, but the reservation was to the Baseline location instead, adding a second trip to Little Rock to return the equipment, 23 miles.

Fill the gas tank! Everywhere there is a sign that says you will charge me a lot when turning in a truck with less fuel than I received. Apparently UHaul does not actually use that money to put gas in the truck.
