I rented the truck for 10:00 am on Saturday and when we got there the guy that handles rentals was not even there. The girl at the counter said he was coming but after about 10 mins. of waiting she called him again and said he would do it over the phone. There was also another lady there to return a trailer and she could not get it off of the hitch so she had to ask someone to help her. I think that if a truck rental is for a specific time the guy handling should be there. It was not that early in the morning that he couldn't be there.

very much short of employees, at times no one available for the uhaul Items were in the truck when picked up, had to help them remove the items, the mileage was not recordered correct, i ended up paying for 6 KM more than I used.. they need more staff to service customers I did run a Uhaul dealership in Belleville for 7 years, years ago and had no complaints I use them as they are very close to my house

Give a paper copy, sign my insurance slip, something acknowledging the return of the trailer and its good condition besides just an e-mail of the date stamped contract. That e-mail didn't arrive as intended, I had to phone back to get them to try again. The dealer should take an interest and actually inspect the trailer on its return. I appreciate somewhat that he took my word that I had no problems with it but it seemed they were too busy and uncaring about their property - they didn't appreciate my discomfort as a customer not getting a signed acknowledgement. What if something occurred to the trailer later after I returned it eg. vandaIism at night, a flat tire, whatever. I wanted to be completely above suspicion by having an inspection and clear acknowledgement that I returned it in good condition.

Don’t charge the customer for having foot print on the rubber floor mats of the trucks , it rain for 2 days during my move and the guy made a comment to me about leaving foot prints in the truck , I am sure it was his way of charging me 25 dollars for cleanup. I was not not impressed with U-Haul since I brought the truck back with a 1/4 tank more gas then I got the truck with??

To improve future customer interactions, I suggest making the effort to vet your staff. It is clear that the current staff maintains a sexist and unprofessional attitude. A 50 year old woman was made to climb into the back of a panel van to sweep out a tablespoon of dirt after the van I was returing had been swept when I finished. This after having to sweep the van out before moving my things in in the first place. It is clear to me that the employee I dealt with felt the need to make himself feel he had power over his customers and for this reason I will never use this uhaul location. I am unlikely to use uhaul at all and will be taking further business to dicount. If your staff can't play well with others they shouldn't be in a SERVICE position.

Only one person at the station. I had to do everything and report it back to her. (take the blankets out of the truck and put them into a box. Move the truck and park it, sweep the truck out, then run back and ask for my receipt. That being said she did say that the Uhaul portion was not open at 8:30 am the time I was told to return the truck. She was friendly and wanted to help but needed to attend to the gas station customers.

I ordered a U-Haul three weeks ago and was told 48 before my pick up time that my truck was no longer available that I would have to drive an hour to go get it then I happen to be driving by U-Haul place my town that had one I changed my order so I didn’t have to drive a hour ..... Went to go pick up my truck Saturday morning day I had everyone plan to help me move and guess what you’re stupid customer service representative had again given my track to someone else for a second time A girl at the location that I myself out not your company but myself found switched around tracks so I could at least have a vehicle for the day So not once but twice after ordering a truck three weeks in advance you gave my truck away and I still didn’t get a discount which I should expect if I don’t get any compensation for all the crap that I had to go through everyone on Facebook is going to know what happened

EVEN WITH EXPRESS ORDERING I WAS FIRST ONE THERE A 850 AM AND DID NOT LEAVE UNTIL 955AMTRAILER NEEDED WIREING REPAIR AND OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE SERVED FIRST EVEN THOUGH THEY CAME LATER IT WAS A GOOD THING I WASN,T IN A HURRY NOT IMPRESSED WITH OUTLET SORRY

The truck however, when the vehicle was underway, the front end shook violently, the was a shake in the steering wheel and on the seat. Unfortunately for me thus was the only truck available and I was on a dead line . The shaking started at about 20 miles an hour and got worse at 65 mph. I was surprised that nothing was shatter or broken loose during the move. Your truck needs repair and should not be rented out until that occurres.

I prefer picking up at yhe Uhaul closest to me which is Fenelon Falls. Driving the extra 40 minutes is time consuming and makes the rental more expensive for me

The staff person was rude and in terrible mood. Upon inspecting the return he determined that he need to charge me for folding 2 blankets and to broom sweep the rear which had at most 2-3 leaves in it. When asked how much he was gong to charge he said "not to worry you can afford it". He then arbitrarily charged an amount to my credit card. I will never use this location again.
