The location and the workers were wonderful! My issue was the difficulty in using the app to check in. Also, I was assigned a pick-up location that was very inconvenient. I was told via the live chat in the app that I would get 20 free miles, but I don't know if that was applied. I tried several times to get my reservation extended via the app, each person I spoke to gave me a different answer. Someone was able to eventually help me. All your workers are great, the app is not. It's inconvenient that the chats are not archived, and you can lose the chat if you close the app mid conversation. The drop-off was pain free, thankfully.

FRANCIS BThe combo locks did not work affectively. The accessory equipment we paid for was not in the truck or at the location. We had to out of our way to drive to a U haul store only to be told they didnt have what paid for either. Awful experience in every aspect. We were told we would be credited 10 miles which was laughable. poor value UHaul!
