I'd never rent from this location again! The employee didn't know what he was doing he was not friendly or helpful at all ..it took over 30 minutes to get the rental. The reviews for this location were very bad I should have looked at them before I went there. This experience caused me to be late and consequently hit traffic going in both directions to my location and back to drop off. Drop off was a nightmare as well. Nasty and no help whatsoever. He came out yelling at me because he wanted the van moved up another 5 feet.

Omer F.Places like this are not as good as UHaul I was scheduled to pickup and drop off at Route 110 for April 2 at 8am When arrived I was told my reservation was changed on Friday night at 5:30 pm I was sent a text. In all the years in dealing with UHaul I have never not gotten a phone call to advise me of a change I drove all the way to the pickup location only to be told I had to drive to Route 109 I would have never accepted this change had I known The Sunoco location is not set up to deal with UHaul customers As a matter of fact when I returned the person working the customer didn't speak English well. I had to wait for him to come out and get the mileage from the truck because he was busy selling gas and items from inside mini mart Just not what I expect from UHaul
Michael C.The attendant at the gas station who held the keys to the truck and rental process was very rude. Despite my having a reservation for 10:30 pm and arriving a half-hour early, he at first refused to honor the reservation as he wanted to close up and I was "wasting his time." He asked me to come back at 5 a.m when somebody else could help me. Only when I started calling U-Haul's customer service line did he let me get the truck, although rushing the process (did not let me examine the equipment, did not even let me sign the contract, and repeatedly told me I was wasting his time at a "ridiculous" hour.) This location should not be a 24/7 equipment location if they are not interested in serving U-Haul's customers.
