The Uhaul was grimy. It was very hard to use the lock box.

Davianne HRe-train your staff at the 48th and vine location. Never put together my pick-up order that I submitted a DAY before pick up. Didn't put it together until after I got there and still didn't put it together until after I reminded them they have an order to work on. THEN they forgot a box. Took over 30 minutes on the phone to get that refund becauseI was told I didn't purchase it even though I had the god damn order number and charge on my card. The location at 2001 west O is filthy. Smells horrible. Staff is untrained. On top of that, I had to give my card number 4 different times before it was charged correctly. To top it all off, I was asked to bring the truck back 2 hours early because "a family needed it". I didn’t realize U-haul considered families more important than individual customers. This was a horrible experience from start to finish.
Jenny HReservation got rerouted to here for availability which is fine. Originally selected in person pick up to make sure everything went smoothly, nothing did once being routed to this place. Online process wasn't working for over half an hour. Once everything was finally good we headed out and the tank was near empty. The truck was poorly maintained inside and the construction of the truck was scary due to poor seals and more. Location itself was not helpful at getting reservation picked up. Main good thing was the drop off process.
Sapphire GVehicle window was filthy, interior had pop spill stains all over. I sent pictures in as requested during the check in.
