We were not told ahead of time that this location would be closed when we dropped off the truck. While we were eventually able to do it through the website, it would have been nice to know before hand. Since we had to put down where and when we were going to return it, they should already know that the business wouldn't be open those hours. So, since we did not step foot in the building and there was very very little signage to designate this business as a Uhaul dropoff site, I answered all of the questions "no".

No personnel as it was closed
Jill EThis was used as an after hours drop off location. Easily accessible area but had no interaction with staff.
Brock AVery easy drop off. Not a place to choose if you are wanting personal assistance. It is literally a drop off & go. You leave your keys in a box.
Chad SCouldn’t even get to the keys because the lock didn’t work and was a pain to get open.
