Austin GAbsolutely the worst place U-Haul could have ever sent me to drop off. Drug deals in the parking lot super dirty unorganized and in the worst part of town. Almost had to call the cops while trying to drop off the trailer. Would never go back.
Nick SWhen I picked the truck up, it was not via the app. I went inside. I did check in before, so everything went very smoothly and the man inside was very professional. This is not on the pick up location, because I don't think it was their fault, but at the time I made the reservation (or sometime before I picked the truck up) I should have been made aware that I would be sent a text to take a photo of the truck's license plate and to confirm everything was ok with the truck. This was one reason I did the inside checkin, so I wouldn't have to do any of that type of thing myself. Turns out it didn't make any difference for me, but I would suggest making it more clear to people who check in inside like me to expect that text ahead of time.
