Employee did not check lights to ensure they were working. My 10hr trip took more than 24hrs because i had to stay on the phone with the person behind me to ensure i didn't get rear ended due to having no lights on the trailer whats so ever.

Wrong size truck from original order. Don’t understand how this happened since we had to drive 44 extra miles round trip due to the right size truck not being available in Florence. Had an appointment to pick it up but no one onsite knew anything about how to get us the truck when we got there. The truck had terrible shocks. Vibrated the entire trip. Disappointed in this U-Haul experience.
Mike CThe location owner was unethical and would not take any responsibility. I added an appliance dolly and furniture dolly. When I arrived he said his location never had those items. I was charged for not only the items I requested and they didn’t have onsite but also moving pads and another dolly and he wouldn’t take them off. I called uhaul and they removed them but when I delivered the truck, the items were back on the receipts and he lied. He lied about all the extra charges and kept saying “he wasn’t charging me!” He wouldn’t take any responsibility. There was an unethical, cultural difference. It was not a happy y experience and it left me in a situation of having to find a dolly on a Sunday. Customer Service with uhaul was great and understood my frustration and made things right before removing the excess charges added by the location.
LEIGH AI was very much over charged!!!! Charged 178$ for 32 miles round trip. Had the truck for 4 hrs. Then the next day was charged 122$.
