The site and ppl were great!! The application that I used sucked. I had difficulty with checking the vehicle out and checking it in. They charged me for a Dolly I did not ask for rent or return. Also they turn in date was 24 hour off. They put a credit on my account for future use since noone could figure out how to credit my card back. The app needs alot of work

The guys who worked there were very polite and helped me out. I would really recommend this location in the future. I used another location on I35 near beltline last time (1682 S Interstate 35E, Carrollton, TX 75006) and the mexican guy who worked the front desk ordered me rudely when I entered to "put on my mask" and were very surly and rude. That was not the experience with this location, thankfully. The guys at the location (811 TX-121 BUS, Lewisville, TX 75057) I used this time were very polite, very helpful and I give them a real thumbs up!

Very professional and quick process
There were six of us waiting in the lobby at 4pm and no one available to help. Then I was charged for two days of truck rental when I only had the car for 5 hours. Lastly, customer service said I needed to contact the store directly about the inaccurate charges, but calls to the store reroute back to customer service, so I'm stuck on a merry-go-round trying to get this resolved.

My rental was to include a 10' truck and a dolly. The agent who helped me cleaned the truck as I waited in the lobby. The agent then told me the truck is ready and handed me my contract. When I arrived at my destination, there was no dolly in the truck. I had to move heavy equipment by myself. The next day I was charged $84 dollars for a missing dolly. Unable to talk directly to the desk attendants by phone, I had to go in to the store and speak to the manager. The Manager explained she would have to investigate the matter and "run the tapes" in order for me to get a refund. The overall experience was a huge inconvenience that could have been avoided by having the agent verify the customer has what is ordered on the contract.
Checkout took WAY too long, even after I did early check-in and downloaded license. Also, only ONE person was working. I was at the store almost 1hour because of two people ahead of me . Did I say there was only ONE person working???
They charge nondisclosed fees. They refuse to tell what fees are for. They charge an extra $98 on top of the agreed upon rental charge. Customer service is very poor. Its impossible to talk to a manager to resolve any issues. Location on 121 by quick trip are scandalous theives. They only want your card info so they can rack up the bill with unauthorized charges.
When I arrived at the location, the app kicked me out so I had to go inside and wait for someone to help me. The lady was very nice and unlocked the truck for me just to find that the dolly was not put back in place. So I had to wait more for her to go get a zip tie to lock it up as it was not needed. This was my 1st sign that the truck was not properly checked back in. The gas gauge was not at the correct gas level as indicated on the contract. When I returned the truck. I told the employee it wasn't correct. He asked if I had taken a picture implying I was not telling truth. I went 16 miles and the truck was at a 1/4 of a tank when I returned it (after putting gas in it). It doesn't take a genius (or does it) to figure out I wouldn't have used that much gas if it was at a 1/2 tank when I picked it up. The employee told me to go get gas or I would be charge extra to fill it to 1/2 a tank. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told she was unable to talk to me at that moment. This location is very much understaffed as I had to go look for employees when I picked it up and when I returned it.

Well, first and foremost . You had some old short haired fat old lady that we as a nation calls â€œKarenâ€ at the desk. She's so concerned with masks she's literally utterly RUDE . She's so fucking rude that when the other employee steps in to assisted , mitigating the issue thus resolving it, the old short haired cat lady grumbling billshit rollednout. I came back and picked up my Reservation at 1 PM after the other lady helped. At this time I dealt with a manager and she informs me the grumpy ole short haired old lady is corporate. Lol. I own a business. I wouldn't let this old grumpy turd clean my shops bathrooms. And she's haggard and not good to deal with customers. She may be the best old short haired frump to be whatever. She never needs to see another retail customer. You've got a great management and operating staff there. Keep it up. I charge my propane tanks there often. If some one doesn't coach ole frumpy short haired grumpy when she's in a retail spot..... actually. I wouldn't coach her. I'd fire her. She's old and non employable. She's a risk factor even at this point. But she's old and grumpy. And unless she's produces 10x her salary, she's a liability. I'd fire her. But what do I know. I own a small business down the street. Thank your staff there for their help.
The website to return equipment is very hard to use! I've had trouble with this in the past. It never finds my location and the button to return the equipment is never â€œclickableâ€ I always have to park the truck and then just drop the key in the drop box. The website never works for me.
