thomas B.Staff at the store were really busy, but helpful and informative. Some technology challenges but finally resolved. The Trailer was adequately maintained but a couple of the tie down points were not usable, which was a bummer. The trailer was leaking rainwater in multiple locations. I rented a closed trailer to protect the property in it from weather, so I was disappointed to find it didn't do that. It was clear the trailer had been repaired several times to try & address this, so maybe if you need tough weather protection, you should consider other options. Overall it did what I needed, not well but it got done.
Michael H.I rented a truck on Saturday and returned it on Sunday. I called Monday morning when they opened to discuss the return of any money due back to me and was told they released the funds back to me. Now it's Tuesday and I've still not received anything in my account.
Vera P.The breaks on the truck sounded and felt like they were about to give out. They had a bad burning smell and awful noise anytime you hit the break or let your foot off the gas. I think this truck is highly unsafe to drive.
