Thank you for the smooth experience of having a UHAUL rep. at pickup location (sending a link to my phone made it easy to check out vehicle). I tried to use the UHAL APP. at the drop-off location, but it was not very user friendly. Luckily a UHAUL rep. came out to assist me in checking the vehicle back in. Both representatives ( Salt Lake City, Utah & Lewiston, Idaho) were wonderful.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulVehicle had issues. “Advance trac” warning would trigger at any bump and cut throttle and/or cruise control. Dangerous and extremely annoying. Had to turn vehicle off a few times throughout the trip to reset it when it was very bad.
