The location and customer service was great; however, the truck was only loaded about halfway but was not fuel efficient as I had hoped... ensure the trucks perform as expected to be fuel efficient... offer the option to rent out diesel powered trucks on long trips like mine was... this truck consumed way more fuel than I had hope!!

I rented truck, paid insurance. Dented truck, got a $0 bill after everything was supposed to be resolved. A month later you dip your hand without warning into my account, month end when all bills are due, and now I have 3 overdraft fees, im spending more than an hour on hold. And your rep now asks me to call your insurance company and deal with them. REALLY???

Reservation was made for UHaul Center on Hwy 124 in Snellville. Location was changed to this location which was a lot further from the loading location.

The battery was bad and had to jump it off every time. But the manager did tell me that the battery might be bad....he tried to get a mechanic to fix it. The gas gage also was not working properly. but the manager was VERY friendly and nice - I will go back to this location.
