My experience was very frustrating to say the least. I booked online. When It was time for pickup the location was closed. I had to call the 800# to get my reservation changed to another location. The customer service agent was not very knowledgeable. She finally reserved me a truck. As asked if the location was open on Sunday for me to drop it off. She had to check with the scheduler. She came back on the call as said the location was open on Sunday. On Sunday, I arrived to drop off the truck, the location was closed and the gates were locked. I spent time again calling 800# trying to find out what to do. This time the agent was knowledgeable. She called the scheduler and give me specific instructions on what to do. From beginning to end this was not a pleasant experience and the truck had a warning indicator that a tire was low when I picked it up. Will not rent from UHaul again.
Did not receive equipment requested and was still charged for it even though it was not available.
I was locked out of the return place. It was chained up. Truck smelled of smoke.
The woman informed me that I had to return my truck before 5. I show up to return the truck at 11 am and they have their gate closed and I can't return. I go back home and I proceed to call and hour later. Still no response and the voicemail is full. I call every hour up until 5pm and no response. I wait until the next morning and go to return it and after speaking with the woman at the desk she tried to charge me for an extra day which was not gonna happen. She told me she had to go and get something so she closed the gate. That's on you not me, so charging for you having to run errands is not happening.
The location mainly sold pine straw and only had one Uhaul vehicle on site. I would recommend other locations who would have more vehicle options.

I'd only recommend if they were open. I was misinformed that this location could be processed via my mobile phone and that turned out not to be true. Took almost two hours to get my truck processed so I could begin my move and this severely threw off my schedule.

Truck was clean, but the day board had a oil light on when I picked it up
First let me say, I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Guillermo (very sweet and kind gentlemen). Now to my only complaint, I called upset because I was looking over my contract after reserving my rental. I noticed it said I reserved a 15' truck not a 10' truck as requested. Which means I'm spending $10 more for the rental. It was explained to me that the 10' truck was not available. But I would have preferred and it would have been better if I were told that at the time of my reservation. I should have been given the courtesy of making the decision of whether to take the 15' or go somewhere else. Instead I didn't find out until after reading the contract days later. However with that said, Guillermo remain very calm with me on the phone (I was not calm at all) and professional. Overall the customer service was great. The truck was immaculate! No dents, no trash in the cab or trailer, and smelled clean. All of which I throughly appreciate. I would return and definitely recommend THIS location to others.
Location was convenient and staff were friendly. Had to rent a truck with the check engine light on. Was told it needed an oil change.

While the young lady at the counter was pleasant, she was NOT at all knowledgeable about the optional protection products she offered. I did end up purchasing their protection package, only to go outside and find the dolley we were going to be using to tow our sons car to him in WV was damaged. The neck on the trailer was bent. The worker who hooked the dolley to my truck was no help because he spoke no English. I attempted to inform the older man from inside the building, but he attempted to discount the damage. I asked to have it at least documented on my contract prior to leaving; he told me he â€œwas not going to do that.â€ When I made him aware that I was concerned whether I would have problems with the vehicle staying in line with the truck while in tow, the man told me he was probably not going to be able to rent it to me since I was concerned about safety issues. He stated he didn't want to be responsible for anything. When I informed him that I'd already purchased the protection plan he stated he would mark the damage with some tape but that was ALL he could do. My only other option was to try and find another dolley at the last minute. That posed a huge problem with our travel plans as we had already pre-paid for our hotel which had a non-refundable policy. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated and felt my intelligence had been insulted.

We had a 9:45 a.m. appointment the location did not open until 11 a.m. we had to call six to seven times before we finally got someone to answer the phone we were an hour late for our appointment to pick up the tardiness of the owner cost of serious delays throughout the day. I cannot say I will ever use this location again nor can I recommend it to a friend and in the end this experience cost me over a hundred dollars
The people at this location were the friendliest and kindest people ever! Muy Bueno! They have the best customer service for UHaul I have seen since I visited Swanson Auto Sales on Buford drive! Great job you all! Special thanks to the clerk and the manager I talked to there!
Customer service was not good. I felt like the lady helping me did not know much and tried to charge me more than my online price. She called her supervisor and he took over and told her not to charge me. She never explained how to return the vehicle nor did she cover mileage and gas refill requirements.
