To improve you guys need to train the lady that was at the location the day of the return to provide better quality customer service, she was rude and not precessional at all.
The truck was quite dated and the driver window manual roller was missing the knob
The online pick up went to a stop while taking the driver license bar code in the back. Similar issue happens while doing the same process a week earlier at another location.
Had to wait 15 minutes for person in charge to get there...then had to wait on him to take care of two other customers. Took an hour to rent the truck even after online check in.
For the truck to be clean. I also dropped off the truck at 7:30pm last night.
The online check in and check out process is truly efficient and fast. It was hassle free and user friendly.
The management is terrible, the man with he's big dog in the office with attitude.
Definitely does not represent the u haul brand well. Would have preferred going to a real uhaul location versus a company that just has a couple uhaul vehicles. Would not rent here again for any reason.
I was not informed that my vehicle could not remain on-site by the rep that checked out the truck. The location called after I was already working and told me that if it was not moved before 5:00 p.m. that it would be locked in from Friday to Tuesday. They need better communication with customers concerning parking and the fact that they lock the gate after hours.
I wasn't going to gig the star system here, but my map kept saying that uHaul was a part of the church down the street. Then I tried calling the phone number and no one answered. So I drove around for a while and finally found it. Lady said she had no internet, so thats why phone was out. So that was frustrating to say the least. Thanks.

I just wish the site and the uHaul hq or where ever you call for after hours, was on the same page. They can't both say something completely different than each other if you guys are partners or work together.
We went to rent our reserved U-haul 26' truck Saturday. Rental process exceptionally long. After process was finished, we told them we would drop off at a Uhaul near our destination (50 miles away) only to find out the truck was owned by the property we rented from and had to be returned Sunday. We had no option but to rent as movers were waiting to load. Because they weren't open on Sunday, we were charged $20 for an "after hours" return. That's in addition to the additional $50 charged to drive back to their location (plus having to have someone me up.) Inconvenient and costly! When we called to reserve, if we had been told, "yes we have a 26' truck, but it's local rental only", we would have looked elsewhere!

My experience was very frustrating to say the least. I booked online. When It was time for pickup the location was closed. I had to call the 800# to get my reservation changed to another location. The customer service agent was not very knowledgeable. She finally reserved me a truck. As asked if the location was open on Sunday for me to drop it off. She had to check with the scheduler. She came back on the call as said the location was open on Sunday. On Sunday, I arrived to drop off the truck, the location was closed and the gates were locked. I spent time again calling 800# trying to find out what to do. This time the agent was knowledgeable. She called the scheduler and give me specific instructions on what to do. From beginning to end this was not a pleasant experience and the truck had a warning indicator that a tire was low when I picked it up. Will not rent from UHaul again.
Did not receive equipment requested and was still charged for it even though it was not available.
I was locked out of the return place. It was chained up. Truck smelled of smoke.
The woman informed me that I had to return my truck before 5. I show up to return the truck at 11 am and they have their gate closed and I can't return. I go back home and I proceed to call and hour later. Still no response and the voicemail is full. I call every hour up until 5pm and no response. I wait until the next morning and go to return it and after speaking with the woman at the desk she tried to charge me for an extra day which was not gonna happen. She told me she had to go and get something so she closed the gate. That's on you not me, so charging for you having to run errands is not happening.
The location mainly sold pine straw and only had one Uhaul vehicle on site. I would recommend other locations who would have more vehicle options.

I'd only recommend if they were open. I was misinformed that this location could be processed via my mobile phone and that turned out not to be true. Took almost two hours to get my truck processed so I could begin my move and this severely threw off my schedule.
