Trucks are parked at back of tiny parking lot and through a tiny alleyway between storage units. There isn't an office so there is no human interaction, only a call center. Over an hour to pickup and over 2 hours to return because their "system" was down. Also the storage place that hosts the uhaul location is horrendous.

Dana LDifficult for Drop Off with a 26ft. Took me to the back entrance and squeezing thru the storage units was tight.. No one at location.
LISA COther than being on a map or just happen to look across the streets, I didn’t know this place was here. I’ve lived here my entire life. The UhAul trucks are between a car lot and storage buildings. You can’t see them from either road that you would take to get to them. Either backside of car lot or backside of storage buildings. Once you find them, you have options to almost every size. The directions are simple. Trucks are clean and easy to navigate. The website/app are great. No more having to deal with people that don’t like their jobs.
CHRISTY SIt was difficult using the system and kept crashing. The lock was difficult to take off and replace.
