I had reserved blankets with the truck and they were not provided and the service from the location was absolutely bad, I lost almost an hour of my rental block because service was really bad. I will absolutely not be recommending U-haul to anyone, shame on the company for not offering any compensation as I lost precious time and needed up having to live over the course of two days rather than one block of 4hours

There was a warning message. Tire monitoring system. I said to the attendant that i had already put the gas, nonetheless he charged on the invoice, so i paid twice for the gas. The app isn't so friendly.

marius dMy problem is with UHAUL, where insurances are not chosen but forced to the customer to pay nevertheless Customer service agent that doesnt know how to respond to a knowledgeable customer, so passive agressive was the form of communication chosen Otherwise the location was great and helpful, the truck was clean, served its purpose until the bill arrived.
Sami BTerrible experience overall. The truck I picked up was dirty, smelled bad, and had old oil on the floor! On top of that, the equipment I specifically ordered with the truck wasn’t there. The only positive part of my experience was dealing with the team at the U-Haul location at 1155 Autoroute Chomedey Ouest (where I had to drive to pick up the missing equipment). They were helpful and made the best out of a frustrating situation.
