Customer service was great, but the lot where people are able to leave their cars gets blocked by overnight returns. I was told it could happen, but if its a known problem it should get fixed. Had to find an alternative way to get to work the next day because my car was blocked when I returned my rental.

The vehicle was issued to me WITHOUT a full tank of gas. The needle was not above the F line, and in fact was slightly below the F line. I was allowed 37 miles, and I drove 47.6 miles. I put 10.055 gallons of gas in the vehicle before I turned it in. You do the Math. I was ripped off. The, to add insult to injury, your Laurel rep. refused to give me a credit. Now I am from Cleveland and not the brightest bulb in the lamp, but 10+ gallons to go 47 miles?

GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.....IM HIGHLY UPSET AT YOUR FRONT DESK STAFF WHOM RUDELY HUNG THE PHONE UP IN MY EAR AFTER I CALLED TO DISPUTE THE $14 DOLLAR CHARGE ON MY RECEIPT FOR INSURANCE THAT I ALREADY STATED THAT I HAD. I WILL NEVER EVER COME TO THIS BRANCH AGAIN!

There were rental vehicles parked very close to the road which made pulling in and out of the parking lot difficult. Location is on a Main Street and heavily traveled, if vehicles were not so close to the road, you'd have better line of sight to see oncoming traffic

They tried to charge me $30 for a refueling fee and since Uhalls gas is 375 it's an in-house gas for an additional $3.75 per gallon, which among all of the highlighted information that the U-Haul worker highlighted he failed to explain the $30 refueling fee. These are out rages prices. Due to time constraints I was actually going to pay $3.75 for the portion of gas that I failed to refill, but when the worker started to add on an additional fee I began my complaint. Though it is actually written in the small print why does the worker take the time to highlight and explain important information. I was totally inconvenienced when the workers requested that I go and refeul the truck when I passed 20 gas stations based on the information that the U-Haul worker highlighted and explain to me when I check the vehicle out. The funny thing is had he not explain and highlighting any of the small print I may have read all of it. My most important point here is why overcharge the consumer. You'vre already overcharging with your gas prices but then an additional $30 for in-house gas, that's on site. Totally bad business. I normally refill the gas tank however I was pressed for time this time. You totally inconvenienced me today. I think I'll find another service next time or create one and put you out of business.

No problem with the staff, they have all been great. The parking lot has limited space, and the last few times I've rented a truck, I had to park beside the dumpster because the allotted customer spaces were full. Maybe the lot needs to be reconfigured to better accommodate customers?

I received my final bill which had an additional day added to it. I am trying to get this resolved and was told someone would contact me within 72 hours. This is unacceptable.

When I came to pick up the cargo van, the back was filthy. Whoever returned the van previously they did not clean it. When I complained however, one of the young men that worked at the location jumped right into action and cleaned the van, washed it out and made short work of the mess. He smiled during the entire time, did not complain and apologized for my inconvenience. I appreciate when companies attempt and succeed to make customer grievances right. Thank you.

I wish I had known about the option of picking the truck up from a closer location near my destination and then being able to drop off the uhaul truck near my residence as a one-way. Due to not understanding the one-way option, I spent an unnecessary extra amount of money which could have been saved towards my priority bills. Pretty disappointed about the outcome and the final receipt from uhaul.
