I have rented from this location many times. I have never had a bad truck until now. The truck needs maintenance. It seemed like it might not even make the trip and back. That was my thought as soon as I pulled out of your lot. It was real loud and seemed to misfire sometimes. This was all bad.

My truck was rented out to another customer after Uhaul had already charged me, charter lane is a horrible pick up/drop off location, prostitutes and people stealing the ac off of a nearby roof. The staff in the store advised that Uhaul takes reservations frequently without having trucks available and recommended I call Uhaul. I called Uhaul and explained my situation, the representative stated he had no other trucks and when I voiced that I was displeased he said nothing, I requested my money back and all he said was, yep, then hung up on me. I found another truck 15 min. away and was advised I could drop off in Copperopolis (Iconfirmed this twice) when I went to drop off I was advised I would have to drive and hour away (charging me .40 cents per mile) to drop off, I refused and they stated that were going to charge me...horrible experience... I will never use this company again

I was charged for 82 extra miles. I have no idea why, since your return location office closed just as I was turning in the truck. I was not told that when i rented the truck that I would incur charges if I did not drive directly to the drop off location. I had to pick up some items as part of my trip.

This was the best U-Haul experience we had. The rep. was very friendly and quick, much better than all other U-Haul locations (Fremont / Milipitas) that we went before. I hope you can give her kudos or bonus. Happy New year!!
