The lady was on the phone trying to correct and issue with someone else's rental. Had the woman give her credit card number ON SPEAKER while me and another person were inside the location. The small location (size if bedroom) was filled with boxes and not clean. The gentleman eventually just walked out and I had to wait 15-20 to turn in the truck...Michelle W.

I was late to return the truck the girl working there called me I asked if I was going to get charged she stated no... she told me to turn it in. I problem so I rushed to take it back upon getting there she changed what she said... I was pissed off because she made me hurry for nothing... I was already getting charged it wouldn't of made a difference my problem is that then the man there starts talking his language which made me upset... I know he was talking about me so disrespectful and not appropriate since I didn't speak his language...MIA R.

The young gentleman who helped me check-in was aware that they were trying to overcharge me when dropping off the rental truck. He went out of his way to rectify the problem and I give him credit for doing so in such a calm demeanor.
