I returned the truck at a Mail Drop location less than 48 hours after pick up. The drop off location did not log the truck as returned until the next day, 21 hours later. I was then charged for having the truck an extra day. Not only was this WRONG, but due to all the messed up back and forth of different U-haul locations, I was given a 2 day extension for return. This system is ridiculously flawed and sooo inconvenient to the customer. Needless to say, U-haul is the worst company I have encountered doing business with.

Matthew FI would not recomend this drop off site to anyone ever. The customer service is very bad and the person I delt with was very condisending to me. I will never use Uhaul agin in my life time due to the disrespect.
Daniel BNone of the packing supplies I ordered were available at this location. They were able to call to a location across the street to have the supplies available for me to pick up there.
