Ronald CThe vehicle was not there when I was dropped off by The Uber. The office was locked and no one was inside. I had no jacket and froze for 30 minutes while I waited for somebody to come after I called. They had my reservation for the wrong day apparently did not receive the update and the vehicle expected at 2:00 p.m. arrived at 3:45. And I returned it on time I was destroyed the woman would check it in immediately she did not two days later I got an email that I had not returned my vehicle. I hope all is straightened out now but I feel this is the second time I have rented for you where everything has gone wrong.
