The person in that location, never explained to me how to open the back over head door and ramp, also inside cab, the steering wheel was very sticky with caffe or soda stain, dash board & floor very dusty . From 1 to 10 I'll give them a 6

Personal could be more quickly and write correctly the email address and phone number'cause never got the copy by email.
Not forward in return policy/refund policy. Uhual corporate also, could not provide documents stating that their is a 30 minute window to return the un-used equipment.
Assistant gave me false information, he said that there would be no problem if I returned the trailer back within 2 hours late as long as I returned it before 6 pm and it would be only charges only for 1 day. And I ended up getting charged for 2 days.
We ordered a dozen moving blankets and an appliance dolly. When we got home we realized they gave us a normal dolly and 4 blankets. We called them and said we wanted a refund for the difference. they told us we would need to Deal with that at the drop off location.

Give customers the location they originally requested. Why should customers go through the entire reservation process and end up picking up at a different location, with a different size truck, and not dolly equipment available. On this reservation I received zero items of my choice. I did not get the truck I wanted, nor the pick-up location, nor the dolly, nor the drop-off location. WORST experience ever. I do enjoy the aluminum floors in the truck though; very nice. I would get rid of or make the corner areas flush for easier loading.
I ordered an appliance dolly on the uhaul page, but when I got to the location they did not have one. They did not charge me but they also did not let me know where I could get one. There was really no point in renting the truck without the dolly because I could not move my stuff without it. I had to go buy one from a big box store to move. The staff was very nice, but they lacked caring.
Truck was clean and looked good but had some trouble with the gas tank leaking. It should have been checked prior to leaving as caused us a delay with our travel.
When I rented this truck I was given a choice to return it to a location of my choice. I didn't check the paperwork because I thought it was unneccessary. When I went to the 1st location (Ingram) I was asked to take it to the Grissim location because they didn't have room. When going to that location, I was told that if I dropped it off there I would have to pay a hearty fee. So... I dropped off at this location (Vance Jackson). The gentleman was very helpful. He waived the millage overage and late fee. He said that he was having to do that all morning for other customers as well. Having to go from location to location was very frustrating for me because if the length of the truck (26 ft). This all could have been alleviated if the place in Laredo would have ensured that the location drop off was per our original agreement (location drop off of my choice).
The agent assured me that if I returned the equipment that I had in advance that I would be reimbursed for the days I did not use it. However when I paid upfront for 3 days and I only used the equipment forn1 day I was told by a customer service rep that I WOUND NOT BE REIMBURSED. I assure you that I will never rent from uhaul again and i will not recommend your service as well i will explain exactly what happened to me. I paid for a rental for 3 days and turned it in after only 1 day and i went to the receiving location and was told as well that i would be refunded, but the equipment was already rerented and was gone. So that means that uhaul took my money and then rented the unit back out again and got paid doble the rate. That is superior bad customer service.
Yes the truck is new but inside there is still trush left by the previous customer. The people from u haul ( the guy that i borrowed with and the lady i returned the truck were accommodating. Thank you!
Terrible location because building smells and it was horrible trying to stand the smell while getting everything processed.
Make sure to inspect the equipment before the customer takes it. Don't tell us we can drop it off anywhere.

Was not good! Very disorganized make me wast my time had to spend addional 300.00 bcz i did not give me the truck on time had to do 3 exchanges horrible experience very unprofessional people the reservation center people !!!!
Location needed address on front of building. Hard to find location.
The crew should help customers more, we were told U-Haul company does not let local crews from helping customers due to some U-Haul insurance policies.
