We ordered a dozen moving blankets and an appliance dolly. When we got home we realized they gave us a normal dolly and 4 blankets. We called them and said we wanted a refund for the difference. they told us we would need to Deal with that at the drop off location.

Give customers the location they originally requested. Why should customers go through the entire reservation process and end up picking up at a different location, with a different size truck, and not dolly equipment available. On this reservation I received zero items of my choice. I did not get the truck I wanted, nor the pick-up location, nor the dolly, nor the drop-off location. WORST experience ever. I do enjoy the aluminum floors in the truck though; very nice. I would get rid of or make the corner areas flush for easier loading.

I ordered an appliance dolly on the uhaul page, but when I got to the location they did not have one. They did not charge me but they also did not let me know where I could get one. There was really no point in renting the truck without the dolly because I could not move my stuff without it. I had to go buy one from a big box store to move. The staff was very nice, but they lacked caring.

Truck was clean and looked good but had some trouble with the gas tank leaking. It should have been checked prior to leaving as caused us a delay with our travel.

When I rented this truck I was given a choice to return it to a location of my choice. I didn't check the paperwork because I thought it was unneccessary. When I went to the 1st location (Ingram) I was asked to take it to the Grissim location because they didn't have room. When going to that location, I was told that if I dropped it off there I would have to pay a hearty fee. So... I dropped off at this location (Vance Jackson). The gentleman was very helpful. He waived the millage overage and late fee. He said that he was having to do that all morning for other customers as well. Having to go from location to location was very frustrating for me because if the length of the truck (26 ft). This all could have been alleviated if the place in Laredo would have ensured that the location drop off was per our original agreement (location drop off of my choice).

The agent assured me that if I returned the equipment that I had in advance that I would be reimbursed for the days I did not use it. However when I paid upfront for 3 days and I only used the equipment forn1 day I was told by a customer service rep that I WOUND NOT BE REIMBURSED. I assure you that I will never rent from uhaul again and i will not recommend your service as well i will explain exactly what happened to me. I paid for a rental for 3 days and turned it in after only 1 day and i went to the receiving location and was told as well that i would be refunded, but the equipment was already rerented and was gone. So that means that uhaul took my money and then rented the unit back out again and got paid doble the rate. That is superior bad customer service.

Yes the truck is new but inside there is still trush left by the previous customer. The people from u haul ( the guy that i borrowed with and the lady i returned the truck were accommodating. Thank you!

At the Houston location we paid cash, therefore there was a deposit charge. Houston store said, drop off location should give us back our $60 deposit. We paid cash at pickup location & we were told, at the drop-off location, that we had to wait to get back our $60 deposit by check, via mail 7-10 business days? Was not happy with that experience.

It’d be helpful if the employee could give a quick 5-10 lesson on how to reverse the attachment and have the customer feel comfortable with enough knowledge to do it alone We attempted to reverse it and it wasn’t working how it was explained so the side of our vehicle was left with scratches Just a little hands on 5-10 lesson on it would’ve helped

I went to pick up trailer and still had to wait an extra hour to get my U-Haul trailer Then I took the trailer and while inspecting it at home before loading I noticed it had a bad tire. Now after returning the trailer in Buda Texas on time I am getting a bill for an extra 5 days. At 20 dollars a day. Can some one give me a call to explain this. Really a bad experience with u haul. I have never had problems with you all before.

This location needs better customer service. When delivering the uhaul they just got the key and said thank you. They were having lunch at the counter where customers come in and see their lunch—don’t think it’s appropriate to eat where customers come in— not very inviting place for a rental. Took it there because it was a convenience location. Not happy

the size of truck I ordered was not there, I had to go with a smaller truck. Take some uhaul trucks to Laredo. They did not try very hard to get me correct size.

Pick up location did not have my desired truck.

Although I made the reservation and the online check-in weeks ago they were not ready. I had to wait an hour to get my equipment due to some confusion. They also seemed very inexperienced. They just parked the truck and auto transport outside and I had to load my car by myself. They did not help at all, except I went back to shop and asked for help. Once one of them came, he was not sure how to release the straps. They also forgot to put the dolly and the pads. I just figured out when I got back to home. Luckily, I am refunded at the return location. It was a very unpleasant experience and I started to think that I should have hired a moving company instead. It did not worth all the stress.
