The truck AC was inop for most of the trip. I believe the freon was low and made my trip miserable

janira N.Allegedly the uHaul Had half tank of gas which it did not and I have a picture. I only drove it for 10 miles and left the tank up to the amount it had when I picked it up. You all charge me for gas. Also you also charge for after hour service. I went around 1 o'clock to pick it up and dropped that night as well so I wouldn't go the next day. I only had the uhual under my posesión for about 8 hours. I guess u try to nickel and dime anything out. Horrible experience.
ARNOLDO S.The service took forever. I was charged for 150 for2 days. When the man didn't even know what he was doing so I took the usual close to 6 and was charged a deposit. I turned it I'm around 630 and put gas. But apparently I didn't put gas on it. I would never recommend this place. They need a lot of training. They need to explain that they are gonna charge for gas even though I already put some in. Worst service ever from an insult rental company
