After being completely dismissed by the Auburn, AL (I had reserved a van 5 days early and they decided it would just suddenly not be available to me. They also did not care to help me in any way) this location was amazing! He worked with me and my rental so easy. Furthermore, he adjusted my secondary rental of a trailer to pick up at his location in that process was extremely smooth. Only 28 minutes from Auburn. But I would highly recommend.

Insufficient space to back a trailer into a parking space.
James AEverything was very bad with my original reservation at Auburn AL, they suddenly canceled the tow dolly reservation and they changed my pick up location for the truck to Lanett. I went to the office at Auburn, and they didn't help at all, really bad experience, I won't recommend or use this service again. But this wasn't in Lanett, was in Auburn where the very bad service happened, in Lanett AL people were nice.
