The website for the return of the UHaul needs to be a little more easier to maneuver. I was unable to complete but completed enough so that the UHaul location could see I tried and what time it was returned.

Levan W.I was not suppose to pick up at this location. The issues with my reservation was a truck not being available at the reservation location and then having to go on a wild goose chase to secure a truck. Second, was suppose to have a one way rental (pick up was in Auburn and drop off was suppose to be Selma a 120 mile trip) and ended up accepting a truck that had to be returned to rental location (this became an additional two plus hour one way drive and 146 miles at $0.79 per mile). Lost a day of work in order to return the truck to the rental location (basically an 8-10 hour move took two days). Third, in order to secure the truck had to travel an additional 104 miles for the pick up and drop off or 52 miles at the rental rate of $0.79 per mile (based off location of truck pick up and residence that we moved furniture from in Auburn). On the positive side, the assistance from the employees at the U-Haul store at 1301 Opelika Road and the trafficking center went above and beyond to assist me in locating an available rental as Sunday was the only date for the next month where this move would have been possible. Also, using the app to check in and return vehicle is very convenient, especially since the pick up location store was closed on Sunday.

Sherri R.VAN WAS FILTHY WHEN RECEIVED AND TOOK PICTURES TO PROVE IT. MANAGERS WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND AND LEFT NUMEROUS MESSAGES TO DISCUSS RENTAL BEING DIRTY. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK AND THEY CHARGED ME A CLEANING FEE OF $25.00 FOR A VAN TGAT WAS ALREADY DIRTY AND $10.00 FOR AN APPLIANCE DOLLY THAT WAS NOT THERE. WORSE UHAUL EXPERIENCE EVER, OVERCHARGED BOGUS FEES. VAM WAS FILTHY WHEN IT WAS PICKED UP AND NOBODY WAS THERE AND WOULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONES WHEN CALLED DAILY FOR A WEEK STRAIGHT. POOR EXCUSE OF A SO CALLED BUSINESS ‼ï¸â€¼ï¸🤗

When checking vehicle the site manager was more interested in her phone conversation with her past manager than actually checking us in. Then today, over a week later same manager calls me about the dollies that were on the truck when we checked it in.. very unprofessional, if we had other options we won't use this location again
Jennifer A M.I did not interact with any employees. I did everything on my mobile device to avoid paying an additional $20 fee. It was disappointing that I would have to pay more to interact with an actual person. I had already paid $315 for a truck rental. That's a poor customer experience.

MALIKA L.I live in Cataula, GA. In order to pick the truck up, we had to drive an extra 20 miles. I set up the pickup in Columbus, GA. My experience in the past has been that I could go to one UHaul location and pick up all the equipment. I had to go to Lanett for the truck, then go back to Columbus to get the auto transport, then back to Cataula. This has been the most disappointing experience I have ever had with UHaul.

Lois G.Couldn't get truck. They were not ready to be checked out. No keys in any vehicle. Uhaul still charged my credit card anyways and somehow it is saying I checked out the truck. I'm sure there are cameras around there and the mileage and gas should tell you I dint have it. I never even completed the check in policy. I will NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN..I promise you that. And I will not ever recommend yall . Took my money knowing I dint have truck. How woukd You even know how much to charge me until I subm it my milage and gas to you

Michelle K.I reserved a trailer, 24 blankets and two furniture dollies. The pickup location did not have any blankets or furniture dollies. Attendant stated that "this morning was the first time he had seen the reservation," but the reservation had been made four days prior.
SAMUEL P.Bluffton Antiques was great on short notice when my original pickup location in LaGrange GA chose to not comply with their published hours of operation. The UHaul Regional Service folks in Columbus were very helpful in locating the trailer alternative in Lanett. Classica was awesome! The UHaul at Rapid Auto Sales in LaGrange was chosen specifically for their equipment availability and the fact that they were open on Saturday. As a result, after 3+ hours and 4 UHaul locations trying to locate the 2 dozen packing blankets I had reserved, we had to load the trailer without them. Three small tables were damaged as a result. Very disappointing.
Scott W.This was not our choice location we were sent there after an hour at our original location. Truck wasn't there was on phone 45 min. Trying to find out why and then routed here. Customer rep was excellent. Apologized and was very understanding. But overall experience not so good. This locations box sits directly in sun at 5;00 and was so hot you could barely touch it. We had to enter all information again on app in 97 degree temp.needless to say we were stressed.
John P.There is not a person on site at this location & you have to use your phone & the app. I'm all for modern technology & not having to deal with people but the code they give you to get the key isn't the correct code. Since there isn't a person onsite, you have to talk to someone through the app. They give you a phone number to call & for me the & the other person I was with the call wouldn't go through. It would ring & hangup immediately. Finally the lady that owns the antique store showed up (30 minutes past her opening time & with no response on her phone either). She called the guy who owns the Uhaul part of the business. He said they have continued to give out the wrong code after he has told them to change it. If you are going to have offsite businesses, you need to have a good contact number for someone local that people can get in touch with. We stood outside for over an hr doing the online chat & trying to use the wrong code. This place was a joke.
