The check-in process was a pain. Had to call my wife and mother to ask them to answer a phone call from a U-haul rep, and even then they couldn't verify the reservation. Maybe have customers submit everything before actually confirming the reservation. Also the equipment I needed was not present in the vehicle. I needed a furniture dolly and moving blankets. Nothing was in the truck. I would like to please be reimbursed for the items that I paid for and did not receive.

Hard to get to and vehicle were next to the dumpster. Additionally there isn't anyone there to help.
MARY HWe rented a dolly and furniture covers. They were. It provided, and we were charged extra because we did not return them. On top of that, we specifically selected a pickup and drop off location that would be open at the time of pickup and drop off just in case we had issues. Both locations were closed at pick up and drop off times though. False advertising, shady business practices, and bullshit charges. Our attorney will be in contact with you, U-Haul.
Jana RThe guys here were very friendly and helpful. Nothing wrong with the service. But I had to wait for my pickup and the location like a hooker hangout. Again - people were great, the location was not.
Pamela MDrop off was contactless. It was my first time returning a truck this way. Getting the app to watch the video involved a learning curve taking my own photos, but overall it was quick and easy.
