The employees did not know English well, and were unable to understand or complete the returns process. I believed they attempted to over charge me. They were nice people but communication and job knowledge was lacking,

TIMOTHY DOur reservation was changed 5 times the day before pickup. Showed up on location to pick up the van, no vehicle was attached to our reservation. Spent time on the phone with customer service (they were great), only to be told that we can get $10 off our reservation to drive 20 more minutes north to pick up at YET another location. What was supposed to take roughly 45 minutes ended up taking 2 hours, not accounting for having to return to an even further location. Offering $10 off a reservation is insulting at best, especially when you are renting to a business. Half of this transaction should have been refunded if you cared about customer service. We have two year-long UHaul storage units in 2 different parts of the country, we rent from your company for every tradeshow we attend. Now I'm re-evaluating.
