Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulMedia Lake is a self serve spot. There is no staff. I have used the medina location numerous times w/o any issues or concerns.
Sergio AThis is literally a grassy, cliche, area with a key drop off/pick up and a sign. It's full of weeds, the ground is not paved and uneven. There are no lights, no building, no people.
laurin sThe un-manned, virtual method of doing business, is horrible! I will seek places that have people working to help me in the future.
MELINDA CI did not know this was a pickup station unmanned. Took awhile to get checked in- only had 4G. Also, I ordered pads and a dolly that were not on the truck. I called the area manager and he was going to discount me, but I needed the extra equipment. I had to make a call to another pickup location to get the pads and dolly. This was frustrating and an inconveinence as to us having a tight schedule to get the truck loaded.
